Hi,

I need urgent help with me rediffmail email account login. My password seems to have gotten locked due to putting in the wrong password a couple of times. It is a very old account, hence I can not remember the answer's to the security questions. I do remember one of them - Q. Mother's maiden name - A.hindirabai (although, I am not sure spelling I may have used at that time).

Can you please help me unlock my account and send me a new password ?
I really need to retrive my account as all my important emails come there.
My earlier password used to be nirranjana. Which is not responding any longer.My mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com

I am not able to login to my rediffmail ID. Pls help.
I am trying to reset my password through "Forgot Password". But its quite confusing. It has 3 steps:
1) Enter Your email ID (but which one?).
2) Identify your self.
3) New password is posted to that Email ID (but how can I check the new password, because i forgot my password the mail ID)

From the past 5 days I am unable to access my rediffmail account.When i click the login session it shows "The webpage is not available". So please try to short out the login problem as soon as possible.

My problem is the sign in page does not appear in the page. Probably my account is blocked for no reason.

When i try to open the page, the sign in page does not appear, probably this has been blocked for no reason. Now it has been registered again. I am yet to check.it.

I cannot access my [protected]@rediffmail.com account. There is always an error enter that error loading program. The connection to f4mail.rediff.com was interrupted.Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset.Please try to sort out login problem.
