for the past 6 months i am unable to login my account. i forgot my passward. i forgot my hint

Dear Sir,

Someone has hacked my password from day after yesterday(06.11.2009). also reset the security question. i can't login my rediffmail id. I kept so much important document there. So sir please help me in this respect.
my another mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com. Please if it is not recover then locked that mail id & passward. Please give me feedback about the same matter & suggesion.

Automobile — Rediff Password Hack

The rediff mail id of our plant head has been hacked. He is unable to login in his account. The account id is Amiya691

I had changed my password on 2-february 2010 for my e-mail a/c [protected]@rediffmail.com.to my horror I could not log into my a/c on 3 February by the new password .I tried the link forgot password but All attempts to retrieve my password were in vain.The alternate Id I had provided at the time of making my a/c about 10 years back is also no longer valid.I have some important papers as attachments on that mail a/c. and i am expecting some important mails. I have sent a written feedback form but no personal response is there only auto responder response.please help me to recover my password. The new rediffmail log in screen has also a check box which is by default checked . Incase someone does not uncheck it. and does not sign out. any person can log in your a/c w/o a Id or apassword.Even if I am able to recover my password I am not going to use it again.
