Sir,
I am unable to open my gtfs_sil account as it is very important for me to view some important calls.It is my office id.So kindly solve the problem.MY alternate id is [protected]@yahoo.com

Since about a week I am unable to login to my mail account - [protected]@rediffmail.com Someone has hacked my password and also reset the security questions so I am unable to recover my password. On the rediffmail site, in the feedback option, i had submitted the complaint but I never received any reply from the administrator.

I am not able to download attachment. whenever I click download the box says i have loged out and asking to log in again . again the say window appears while downloading and again asking to long in.

im not able to access my rediffmail account with id [protected]@rediffmail after i changed my password .

i had the same problem... and when i tried this way ... it worked.. jus try every one... open a mail containing images and attachment...click on the link 'View blocked images in this message'. and then try downloading attachment.. it worked for me

Despite my complaint two days ago, my e-mail account remains in accessable. Rediffmail has still not sorted out the problem. I am able to view my inbox but unable to open any of the mails therein. All of my folders have now disappeared. How many more days should elapse before a solution can be found ???
