[Resolved] Redington india ltd. — worst service / worst support team
I have a problem with my HP Photosmart c6188 All in one printer with Serial No: MY68QD40ZC. I have contacted HP online support and as suggested by HP I have taken printer to the authorized service provider here in Hyderabad. The service provider is
Redington India Ltd.
F2 1st Floor GS Mall Rajbhavan Road
On 15th of June I have given printer for repair, the work order number given by Reddington is HY/09/01475. Also I hold a online complaint with HP, the complaint No: [protected]. The engineer there assured that they will call me with the status of repair within 48 hours, but even after more than 1 week I didn't receive d any call from them. I have contacted Reddington daily for the repair status, but no response from them. When ever i called them, they used to take my work order number, my contact number and tell that they are going to call me within 30 mins, but their 30 mins didn't over till now it seems. Today on 23rd June 2009, I personally went to Reddington, they have replied me that the concerned engineer is on leave so they cannot process my request. This has created problems to me as I may be needed to print important documents.
Over all I am very upset with the service provided by HP and the HP's authorised service providers. Now I want HP either to refund back the cost of printer or give me a new printer for the trouble caused by the provider and the negligence.
