[Resolved] Redington India Ltd — No Response On My Mobile Repairing Status | |||
Hi I Have Submitted My Blackberry Bold 9700 Model to Redington India Ltd with the Problem of Restarting ItSelf on 12th Oct 2011. and they have told me they will repair and tell the cost by Mail or On Phone. But Today 21st Oct 2010. i have Not Receieved any Info from Redington not On Phone or by Email. the Phone Numbers which Provide on Blackberry Website(http://in.blackberry.com/support/servicecentres.jsp[protected]/31920051. On 31920452 No One is Picking of Call and On 31920051 is Not Working any More. and I have Sent the Mail to [protected]@redington.co.in Mail Copy Written on bottom please Check it. But i have Not Received Any Response Till Now. With reference to the above subject, i would like to inform you that, i have subitted my mobile phone motorola Em-30 for repairing in warranty at your authorised service center dehradun on 29 jan-2010. work order no - 06200. RSN [protected]. MSN-H49AJW29FW.
I have many times talk with your service center & customer support regarding our complain, complaint no is[protected]. but i have not recieved any proper reply and satisfied answer about my mobile. and also not recieved any phone calls from your side. so i request you again kindly tell me what is the status of my handset till date & how nuch time you will take to repair it, and kindly refund my bill amount and provide me the other hanset around 8500/- (as my bill price)
So kindly look after this matter at prior basis.
