[Resolved]  Reebok India — Regarding Replacement of shoes

I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes for Rs.1800.00, from Authorised Reebok Outlet in GANPATI ENTERPRISES, CITY CENTER LOBBY, CIRCULAR ROAD, DHANBAD, JHAKHAND having TIN NO . [protected] but within 2 months the shoes developed crack and one get torn. I handed over the cracked shoes to them . They agreed & accepted the shoes and gave me the complaint no., saying that the shoes will be replaced after company's inspection, but they repaired the same shoe and give it to me. After repeteadely saying that i need a replaced one instead of this they refused to replace it and said if this will happen next time they will replace it . After two months again same problem occured and when i wnet there and asked for replaced one they refused and told they can only repaire it . The attitude of their staff towards the post sale problems is disgusting.

For a reputed brand like Reebok, this sort of post sale service has not been expected.

I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money .

Reebok India — getting adulterated products

i purchased a cricket bat from exclusive reebok store.the next day when i played through it the pasting of the bat was off at the very first short. i went the store and asked for replacement they abide from that and more over said that these are the products not to be replaced. i want my bat replaced or the sum of amount 2000 should be paid to me for the costing of the bat. the reebok should consider this very carefully and get not to be ashamed.
I have given the twice mail at reebok cutomercare but there is no reply.
than how we could think that reebok will solve your problum why the company is doing
like this.

Reebok India — eyelets of front velcro broken

Dear sir, please accept my greeting with dissatisfactory your service.i bought a jacket from your authorised showroom located at patna frazer road(bihar).within one month there is bubbling and wrinkles are occurred on jacket.when i revisit the showroom they advice me the lengthy process for verified it manufacturing defect or something else.
i am also surprised when i asked to replace with another jacket on same price but they refused.my bill no.is B7/2397.and they gave the customer care No.but not satisfactory answer.tjis is very disgusting with Indian customer they are cheated by International brand like Reebok.
now i have decided not to Reebok product and suggest another to buy Reebok products,

I bought a pair of Reebok shoes from M/s. Anand Impex C-1/A, Lal Quartar mkt. krishna nagar, new Delhi on dated[protected] via bill no. 45. at the time of buying i complaint him regarding the tightness i was not feeling comfortable in my shoes the executive said to me its new after some time it will be comfortable to you. i bought it as on its wordings.. but in summer month i wear it only 4-5 times but now a dayz i am wearing it regularly i get noticed that its one pair is UK-8 and one is UK-9 after knowing that i visit to the outlet at the outlet the manager said its our sales executive fault they checked in their counter also he was also having a new wrong pair witch's single shoes comes in my box..
why should i wear a wrong shoes.. if its the fault of outlet then give him regards to change the shoes asap.

I have not received mp4 player,camera,mobile phone as well as diamonds..i was said that i will get it in a 1 week or 2..but today it is 2 months and i have not received any gifts so send it as fast as you can, otherwise i will have to take some legal action.i had complained 1st also but i got no reply so this is the last mail from me.

I handed over the cracked shoes to them . They agreed & accepted the shoes and gave me the complaint no.86 dated[protected], saying that the shoes will be replaced after company's inspection, and they had given the recept of the shoes.Iwent to the showroom three times but they had not given me the replacement till date.Kindly direct them to give me the replaced new shoes.
For a reputed brand like Reebok, this sort of post sale service has not been expected.

I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money .

I am also phasing same issue with Reebok products...Just 1 week back I purchased a T-Shirt from Reebok show room ( Near Hans Enclave Gurgaon NH-8) and I wear it only once for 24 Hours only. After wash it show it there is fabric defects.. I contacted to store again but they just told me to contact customer care where I tried lot of time but nobody attained my call. Then they told me to send a mail to customer support and refused to replace the product.

I think Reebok is now not that good company to serve their customers...

I purchased Reebok shoes in Nellore( Andhra Pradesh, INDIA).The shoe stitches got opened within 10 days of the purchase, I went to the store in a month’s time and asked for replacement, they stitched it manually and forcing me to use the same, it looks very awkward, This is not correct from a company like Reebok and its really waste buying the shoe from Reebok if it is not lasting for even 10 days.

I handed over the shoe on 5th April before 8days I am not getting any proper response from the store owner.

This is really worst from this company

I am really very disappointed with your service & customer sattisfaction values that you have.
Now I have decided not to buy anything from reebok in future and advise everyone to never go for Reebok.

Reebok India — Wrist watch stopped functioning within 6 months

I had purchased a REEBOK wrist watch from IGIA (T3) in January 2012 and I realised that this was a big mistake done. The wrist watch stopped functioning in the month of May 2012 which is under one year warranty but nobody to address the complaint. I have been writing emails on customer.[protected]@reebok.com and have sent 3 reminders, but no response from the Company. Very unfortunate.

Hi,
I had bought Reebok Fuelactivate Lp Running Shoes 6 days back which had costed me Rs.2500 on discount which I had used it only 2 times, and the sole inside the shoes came off with all the paints put upon the shoe also started coming off. I went to the store and asked for an exchange and the store keeper wouldn't exchange, I have used nike and adidas and have never faced a problem as such. What is the use of paying so much and not getting the right quality. Being such a huge brand is really a shame when you can't maintain the quality. If i get such a cheap quality shoes from such a brand there is no difference between a local brand and reebok. Its better to buy a paragon or a sparx for less and weep instead of paying such huge amount for a branded one. And the dealer is so irresponsible that he did not even tell me that there wouldn't be an exchange for discounted products and when i went back he only told that he would repair the shoes, it was like he wanted to get rid of those shoes. Hoping for a reply and replacement would really be appreciated.
