[Resolved]  Reebok India — Regarding Replacement of shoes

I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes for Rs.1800.00, from Authorised Reebok Outlet in GANPATI ENTERPRISES, CITY CENTER LOBBY, CIRCULAR ROAD, DHANBAD, JHAKHAND having TIN NO . [protected] but within 2 months the shoes developed crack and one get torn. I handed over the cracked shoes to them . They agreed & accepted the shoes and gave me the complaint no., saying that the shoes will be replaced after company's inspection, but they repaired the same shoe and give it to me. After repeteadely saying that i need a replaced one instead of this they refused to replace it and said if this will happen next time they will replace it . After two months again same problem occured and when i wnet there and asked for replaced one they refused and told they can only repaire it . The attitude of their staff towards the post sale problems is disgusting.

For a reputed brand like Reebok, this sort of post sale service has not been expected.

I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money .

MY ORDER FOR A REEBOK FITNESS KIT ORDER NO.: OGAO90009481, DT. 24/02/09 & INVOICE NO. ORAO90007704 DT. 25 FEB, 2009, TOTAL ORDER VALUE OF RS. 3199/-. THIS ORDER WAS DELIVERED TO ME AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH & TO MY SUPRISE THE SHOES OREDER WAS FOR SIZE 8 AND I RECEIVED SIZE 7, & THE ORDER FOR THE TRACK SUIT WAS FOR SIZE LARGE BUT TO MY REGRET I RECEIVED SIZE SMALL..SEVERAL E-MAILS HAVE BEEN SENT TO THE CONCERNED DEPT. Either the Watch from UCB the Day one i have to change the Strip Hooks its broken.
The size of Reebok Shirt is not Standard Size, We ordered the 40 Size but its like 36.

Also in our second order i will mail you later with I D no but The Shoes They shown to the Pictures are not Same we ordered, and The Sunglass from UCB also not Original.

The most Important the bill i received from you inside the Kit its not in my name, but Out side the Box my name and address displayed through first flight courier.

So please what best you can do

reebok summer kit — product has been not delivered yet

I placed an order on 6th of march 2009 for the Reebok summer kit, company told that order has been dispatched on 23rd March 2009 and today till 21st of April 2009 i have not Received my order and every time when I call at costumer care center the tell you will receive your order within 2 days. My order no. is[protected] and the amount of order is Rs.2898 .
I have been informed by the ITBC that my order no.0DA[protected]has been redispatched under the consignment no.[protected] to me on 14th April, 09 through DART MAIL.

After lapse of a week period I have not received the same therefore, you are requisted to please look into the matter and arrange to deliver the same immediately.

Reebok India — cheap quality product of reebok

I purchased the rebook shoes in Jan 2009 end in discount offer worth Rs.2900 after discount from oulet after one month inner form and clothes got start tearing off and hole was formed in cloth in shoe when i went to outlet of rebbok they say its not defect it happens generally and shoes cannot be replaced as it was bought in discount offer now they are harrassing me and refusing to change the shoe after spending almost Rs.2900 its totally wastage of money.
Product of rebooks are of so inferior quality even Rs 500 shoes are better than rebook shoes and also dont get wear and tear in one month .
They are cheating with people on brand name and looting public hard earned money by selling so inferior (even road side are better than rebook) product and i dont know what i should do?

Reebok Track Suit And Reebok Shoes — Wrong size of track & non receipt of Reebok Shoes

I would like to inform you that I had purchased track suit and Reebok shoes through internet credit card.
You had confirmed me the receipt of order and informed order reference nos. MITBC-WEB[protected] & MITBC-WEB[protected] dt. 06.04.09.
I have orderd track suit XL size vide order no. MITBC-WEB[protected] but I have received small size.
So far I have not received Reebok Shoes (ref. no. MITBC-WEB[protected].
Requested to change my track suit from small size to XL size and Despatch the Shoes.

Reebok Shoes, Etc — dilly dalalying on part of india today book club

Since Jan 28, i am waiting for the order of Reebok shoes, bag, etc to be delivered by India today book club. every time i send them message i get a standard reply, that ur order has been processed and it will take few more days to deliver it.
i think, newspaper reporters should take note ofthisand publish the mismanagement on the part of so called india today- book club.
hope in future, no one will place the orders.
today is 25th april and four months have passed.
i am pasting the normal email coming every time from them.

India Today Book Club / Reebok Fitness Kit — i have not found my orderd " Reebok Fitness Kit"

PLz solve this issue . i humbly requesting u . I have purcahsed a reebok Kit From India today book club. I have made all the payments by my credit card . i have not found my "reebok fitness kit" yet know.

I have purchased a "Reebok fitness kit " From India today book club on the 6th feb 09. i have made all the payments from my credit card. but i have not found that product within their time limit of 21 days . after some days some one from india today book club called me and told me that our system is not showing your credit card details. So plz mail us your credit card statement. On that time i don't have my credit card statement. so i mailed that statement on the 3rd march 09.

But on the 7th mar 09 have got an sms from india today book club that We have send your product by "CASH ON DELIVERY" . It means you can pay when you get this product. On 8th mar ahve got that cash on delivery parcel and i refused that bcz i already paid the money bey credit card.

After that i have called the India today book club customer care But they are not having any answer.
I have called around 100 times to the customer care executicves. but they r not able to solve my problem. Plzz give me any solution

1.The call center executive told me thet we our system is not showing ur credit card details.
2. Sometimes they told me that we have send you the cash on delivery courier and untill that is not back by the courier comapny we r not able to give you "Roobok Kit ". i have not taken that courier bcz i already paid the money to ur company and he is asking for money.
3. Somtimes you people told me that we don't have stoke.
4. somtimes they told me that the email department is not update them about the sitaution. i don't know why ur all department are not consulting each other.

Itbc / Reebok Floater — delivered wrong item

ref: membership no. ITBC0956.
Credit card payment of Rs.1098/- made via IVR gate on 21/04/09 for Reebok Floater Size 10.
Recd. SMS confirmation of order no. 0GA[protected] on 25/04/09.
Recd. a parcel with invoice of Reebok Tracksuit[L] on 26/05/09.
Inside parcel contains a BAG.[niether Reebok Floater or Reebok tracksuit].
On informing to [protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com, I am being asked to send my credit card statement.

Reebok Summer Kit — PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED

Vide BOOKING ID NO.[protected] dt.6.04.09 I had ordered for subject product paying them Rs. 2998/-
vide my credit card no. [protected] in advance. At the time of the order on 6th April, the product will be delivered within 20 days but the same has not been delivered. Subsequently I have been
contacting India Today Book Club at their given tel. No. [protected] / [protected] spoke to Mr Amit
first on 3.05.09 and he has given me a complaint No. 89769 and assured that the product will be delivered
within 10 days. To my dismay that did not happen and again I spoke to Mr Farid on 13th May, 2009, he again assured that the product will be delivered within 10 days. I kept my cool but again to my dismay
neither the product was delivered nor the money was refunded. Today on 31st May I spoke to Mr Farid again he said that it will another 15 days to be delivered then I said I will be out of station and I cannot accept this excuse and I want my money to be refunded. I spoke to his senior Azeem Khan who is totally arrogant and not even customer friendly he has point blankly refused that the neither money will not be refunded immediately nor product will be delivered, I then banged the telephone.

Would request you to get the money back with interest for not delivering the product within the agreed time or please help me to get my money back and such of kind of India Today Book Club who can cheat the customers should be banned operating from such business. If I am not going to get any justice
from you then I will file a case in the Consumer Court.

I am expecting suitably action on this immediately.
I had to complaint because despite paying money and subsequent follow up product was not delivered.

Reebok Shoes — delay in delivery

I took a gift voucher through 360 gift, But despite of my best efforts I am not able to reedeem the same at reebok shoe store in citicentre chandigarh. Whenever I visit the store they told me that the model which is mentioned in gift voucher is out of stock. Is it my fault that I purchased the shoes through 360 gift.

I have been using reebok products since many years and all of them were bought from mumbai.
i had recently bought a reebok men's sandle (RS 1450) REEBOK SHOP from Vapi (GUJARAT) and they were (MADE IN VIETNAM), and within 3 days they got torn so i gave it to repare. shopkeeper refused to replace and told me that he can only repare.So i gave for repare and now the condition is still same .the sandles are torn within 1 day after reparing.

So kindly help me.
I bought a size 43 shoe on the 11th April 2009 at Kolkata, RJ 08414 (DMX MAX), costing Rs 6999/-.
The cushioning on the right foot has totally given way, making a long walk virtually impossible, the basic reason why I shelled out so much of money to go in for a high end shoe.
Unfortunately I have not preserved the bill, thinking that Reebok stands for quality, so why at all preserve the bill. How wrong could I be.
My faith & trust in the product quality has taken a huge knock.
Should I shift brand loyalty, having patronised Reebok the last 10 odd years?
A replacement of this pair of shoes is the least expected out of the company!

This is regarding the worst Reebok Outlet I've visited. I bought a black running shoe from Prayaga Enterprises, Reebok Exclusive Showroom, MG Road, Trivandrum for Rs.2999 at 7PM. By 8 PM I noticed the insole was coming off. Since the shop was closed I visited the showroom today. They did not have stock of the model to replace. They do not have stock of shoes with a similar price. They refuse to replace it with another model costing merely Rs.200 less. Even when I said I would take it and they need not return the balance money, I was confronted over the phone by an abusive "Manager", who is willing to replace only with a more expensive model, the next price range starting at R.3999, a whopping Rs.1000 more than what I bought the original shoe for! On checking online for a complaint cell or a call centre, surprise surprise, a world class company like Reebok India does not have either!!!

BUYERS BEWARE. DO NOT BUY REEBOK OR ADIDAS SHOES, ESPECIALLY THE CHINESE MADE MODELS WHICH THEY SELL IN INDIA. STICK TO NIKE.

approached the purchaser and sought for repair / replacement. He is asking me put the shoe in the box which i have given to you while purchasing even though i have given the bill in original. I do not know why the shop fellow is behind the box in which he has given me the shoe. the shop fellow is so lethergy when i asked him to give in writing that he is not interested in taking the shoe back without box he has given inwriting that without the box the shoe can not be taken back

In the cirucmstances i ask the reebok management whether the shoe be returned to the headquarters by courier or just through them out in the dust bin.

I purchased shoes from your company outlet Pritam Agenince Jalgaon (M.H) Bill No 2933 Date on 28/3/2009 Ruppes-3928 /- . But with in Two month shoes was cracked . I was repaced my shoes 27/6/2009 by another modle but with in 7 days shoes sole was crack
I need a replaced shoes Or money back. Nexte time in I will not perchased Reebok shoes in life
