[Resolved]  Reebok Tracksuit — Non receipt of product in spite of making payment

I received mail from India Today Book Club offering Reebok trackit. I started making the payment online on January 31, 2009. My bank confirmed the payment, in the mean time I got message from India Today Book Club site that due to some reason the transaction could not be completed.

Next day I got call from India Today Book Shop stating that since your payment could not be processed would you like to make the payment now. After I said yes, and the payment was promptly done. I got the statement from my Bank also.

After that I got SMS saying that your order is processed and the Blue Dart consignment no was given as 0GA[protected]. After waiting for few days I casullay checked the Blue Dart online delivery tracking system and I was shocked to see that the material was received by sme other addressee in Delhi even though my name is also appearing as addrssee with correct address..I am staying in a complex where 24 hours security check is available. I my house was never locked so that the delivery can go back and Blue Dart are very authentic courier I understand, even if you are not at home they will leave a note. Then I do not understand how the delivery went back. I have taken printout of the Blue Dart tracking system page.

After enquiring on their toll free no. I was told that we shall send the delivery to you again and you will receive the same within 8 to 10 days.

After repeteadly telephoning I got message that you payment is not received so if you want the product kindly make the payment.

I do not understand what this all about. Whether it is real India Today Book Club or some fake site or someone from their office is acting smart. But the bad name goes to India Today Book Club.

I am waiting for my delivery.

Reebok — Gift not receoved

i purchased Reebok clothing from CP, New Delhi and received a gift voucher which i processed online and was confirmed.
i sent the documents and online slip as per the directions received on 04 dec 08 via India Post.
the receipt of the same was confirmed to me thru a message on my cellphone.
msg_922972 is the message no. from 3?5>4697975.
however, i have not received the gifts till date and no communication has been made to me regarding the same.
kindly act.

India Today Book Club — non delivery of my order in spite of my payment

I had ordered sur saaz aur taal 16 cd pack on 11.01.09. the payment was done thru my credit card.
After few days when i contacted the customer care i was told that i have been billed Zodiac sign cd pack. I told to change it but since it was was despatched to me i was suggested from book today to return back the same. After few days i was sent my correct order of Sur saaz aur taal, but to my surprise i was asked by post office people to pay a sum of rs.2624 against the parcel.
i had 2 ordered of Rs999/- of 20 CDs, beneton sun glasses, air return tickets etc. after a week i got a parcel containing a packet of 20CDs only .I contected customer care, i was asking them about my beneton sun glasses .she replied me that i hv to pay more Rs 500/- for sun glasses.why these charges r not informed me at the time of booking my order. i was asking about ur hidden charges at the time of placing my order but she said no we dont have hidden charges.i want to have my complete pkt including sun glasses, air ticket&holiday packge cards.

SUB: UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE OF INDIA TODAY’S BOOK CLUB

I placed an order on 21 st of Feb 2009 for a pair of Reebok shoes and a Benetton watch using my H.D.F.C credit card over the telephone (BOOKING-I.D[protected]. I was promised that I’d get my order within a week. More than a month has passed by, but I’ve not received my order till date. More so, I’ve not received any satisfactory reply for my number of calls and mails, which I sent to them.

I’m really tired of their false promises and have left no faith in them.

Reebok Tracksuit — wrong size track suit was given w.r.t size mentioned in the bill

i buyed one track suit of Reebok company from Lajpat Nagar Reebok compnay. i asked for XL size track suit and i also tried the same in the shop.but the track suit that was packed to me was of XXL size that is of no use to me.The size mentioned in the Bill is also of XL which i asked.Now the shop owner is not replacing the track suit. Also the lower and upper track suit are of different size.
kindly help me in replacing the track suit which costs 1800/-

I've ordered a track suit in my husband's name Mr. Pranay Arora few weeks back. I haven't received the product yet, thouh it has been dispatched on 28th Feb'2010

Reebok Tracksuit — not received free gift

I have already lodged complain that i have not received gree gift along with my ordered track suit.Complaint number is 408852.I have reminded on telephone may ttimes .Bu now days interactive voice message infoms that i should log in to this web site for complain .More than one monthis over ,but there is no sign of talk of delivery of free gift itmes. In fact the amount of time spend on complaining is more than value of the gifts.This is cheating .Through this eamil i inform mthat if i do not receive within 3-4 days i will publish this email & all my earlier communicatin with you to various new channel & print media.
