HARRASED BY REGENT AUTOLINKS PVT LTD AND MARUTI SUZUKI THEY ARE MAKING FOOL TO THE CUSTOMER, MAKING MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT ANY WORK I HAVE BEEEN CHEATED BY THEM PL SEE THE BELOW STORY OF MY HARRASEMENT NO RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM REGENT OR MARUTI AND MY CAR IS STILL WITH REGENT AUTOLINKS I DONT KNOW I WILL GET BACK MY CAR OR NOT . Subject:- Harassment by Regent Autolinks Pvt Ltd. Ghaziabad.

Sir,

I am writing this mail and feeling that I have been cheated by a leading auto company in India. I am feeling that I have made a very big mistake by choosing Maruti Suzuki Car because of your Authorized Dealer called Regent Autolinks Pvt Ltd. Ghaziabad.

I know your time is very important and precious but I will request you to kindly read this mail so that you will come to know that what your authorized dealer are spreading your name into the market with your customers and what is the behavior they are having.

I am the owner of the car registered no. DL2C AL 9546 make Swift Dzire Vxi. I have bought this car in the month of October 2010, My car got accidental on 7th December 2011 in Ghaziabad, I have been visited to your authorized Dealer M/s Regent Autolinks Pvt. Ltd. Along with the car and I went to the concern department call “Body Workshop” Supervisor attended me and assured me that my car work will be done within the period of one week from now onwards and they have given me Job Slip in which the car delivery date was mentioned 20.12.2011 which I have not seen because he assured me to deliver the same in spam of one week time. After that I have called to the supervisor many time but he has not responded to me, on 18th December he has picked up my phone and asked me that we are working on your car and almost 80% work has been done and you will get delivery of your car by tomorrow i.e. 19th December once I have visited workshop on 19th December I found that my car is as it is as I have given to them no work has been done by them and when I have spoken to Workshop Manger he was so rude and asked me that you have made mistake by giving your car in our workshop and he also used the abusive language which I cannot write in the mail. After listening these type of word I have been gone to the General Manager of Workshop and apologies for inconvenience and he assured me to give the delivery of the car on 20th December 2011 On 20th December I called up the workshop manager he again said not possible for today you will get delivery of car tomorrow i.e. 21st December. I visited on 21st to the workshop and as per supervisor I will get car delivery in the evening and I received call from him in the evening and he said your car is ready and you can take the delivery but unfortunate I was not able to go on 21st as I received call late evening I told him that I will come on 22nd morning.

On 22nd morning i.e. today I went to the workshop and was really shocked and surprise my car was not ready as per supervisor I have to wait for 10 minute and car will be ready I was just waiting there and found they have repair the car as local vendor I have found scratches on new painted body and bumper when I have asked him about that he said today you please take the car and send your driver any other day I will sort out the problem then after getting unsatisfactory and irresponsible answer from supervisor I have been to The GM but he was not there as per the staff he went to some conference in Gurgaon then I asked them about CEO of the company then staff told me that they cannot give GM and CEO mobile number to the customer as this is not allowed in their organization then I was feeling like a cheated myself that nobody is listening to a customer after 2 hour struggle in the workshop I feel that I should move from there because it was looking like a bagger was standing there and asking for beg from a Reputed Automobile authorized dealer. Please tell me is this is the way to deal with the customer. I am very upset with their rudely behavior. I am also a Director of a company I also del with the customers whenever any customer asked for director number my staf[censored]se to give the number without any hesitation is Regent Auto link is a Multinational Company bigger then Maruti Suzuki. Anyhow after getting this much of harassment and wastage of mine whole day finally I called to the Maruti Suzuki Customer care and lodge a complaint which number is [protected] and your executive assured me to react as soon as possible but till now I have not received any response from them also I also called up to Maruti Suzuki Head office and spoken with Ms. Sonia and I have told her about the happening with me she also assured me to take prior action into it her response is still awaited.

I hope my complaint will reach to the Top Management of Maruti Suzuki and will be hear by them early. I am also having few question about your dealer and the company please clarify the same:-

IS YOUR DEALER IS GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT?

IS MARUTI SUZUKI APPOINTING A DEALER WITHOUT KNOWING THE FACT ABOUT THEIR STAFF AND MANAGEMENT?

IS YOUR DEALER GETTING TOTAL SUPPORT FROM MARUTI SUZUKI TO HARRAS THE CUSTOMER IN THE ENTIRE MANNER?

IS YOUR DEALER ARE MAKING ALL CUSTOMER FOOL LIKE ME?

IS MARUTI SUZUKI HAS EVEN THINK EVER THAT HOW THEIR DEALER ARE GIVING SERVICES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS OR BOTH THE COMPANIES ONLY KNOW THAT HOW TO MAKE A FOOL TO THE CUSTOMER AND MAKE MONEY WITHOUT GIVING SERVICES?


I have not received any response after calling your customer care and head office. I believe I will definitely get the response of this mail. I don’t know when I will get response from them or I am also in doubt that I will be able to get my car back or not.
