Dear Sir When i wanted to check the status of application online it asks for my file number when i enter my file number its says it is not matching with the data base please send my status my file no. is BNGE01988009

my passport application No.W350241 and my police verification is finished before 2 months and i have not received my passport .how many days will you ppl take to dispatch it when is any problem with my documents please send my passport

My Daughter JESSICA SONIA RATHINAM Holding Passport # Z 1865224 who is Permenant resident in Singapore and traveling to Parris from Barsalona Spain. Her Baggage containing Passport, CC, Cash, 2 costly cell phones, etc were robed. She lodged Complaint to the local Police and took proper documents and proceeded to Madrid Indian Embassy to get Travel Document to reach India and was at once the Embassy oblidged. They even informed her to get her Passport in 3 hrs time. She has no money and not able to obtain the same. After reaching Bangalore duly applied for Passport the passport office staff made her to run for this and that which has already enclosed and veryfied. Finaly after paying the fee she was shocked to hear form the counter that she will get her passport after one month. She has to go back to Singapore before 30th Nov 2009 failing which will cost her job. Insurance, etc. If that happeds her 6 yrs hard work will be ruined.When we tried to meet the Passport Officer or APO the officials informed that no one will be allowed to meet him. If the Public is not allowed to than why this system is required in this country and why we shoud pay hefty amount to the Passport services. The Home Ministry & Mr. P.Chidambaram shoul look into this to solve the problems.Thanking You

The problem is in koramangala passport office we have to wait min 3 to 4 hours, then also they will not help us for correct processor. totally i am disappointed abt my passport. My file reference no is BNGA02478509. I applied for it on 30/12/2009. I had two addresses for verification.The verification for my current address has got over in March 2010. My file status showed that it has an objection and I need to meet superintendent in passport office. I had posted a letter on 14th May 2010, with all duly completed PP form cum copies of all addresses proofs. FYI: Police verification has been initially done on 06/Feb/2010, 20/Feb/2010 and on 21/Feb/2010 by Mr. Rouli (Cell: [protected]), Madiwala Police Station, with a sum of Rs. 200/- (non refundable) and duly signed by Inspector, Madiwal PS on 06/Mar/2010. Initially all the Passport applications was filled with the help and guidance of Mr. Muhammed Unais (Cell: [protected] and [protected]), Travel Co-Ordinator, Alhind, Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd, Madiwala, Tel: [protected] / 4422. I am not getting where my application is stuck. But as on May 19, 2010 my one year stay has been completed in my current address itself. So is it necessary for my previous address verification. I dont know what is to be done. Kindly help me.

I am Santosh Kulkarni from Karnataka state, my passport has not yet delivered since April 2010, as the status in passport online enquary was showing that it has been sent to the address by speedpost on 14 April 2010. but I havn't get my passport yet, I enquired in Post office also but they are telling it hasn't come.

I could not able to visit Passport office Bangalore, since my native is too far from Bangalore.

Myself, my husband, two children have apllied for passport on 11thDec'2009 through district passport cell, Gulbarga, Karnataka state, India.In Feb 2010 we were asked to submit NOC's in the correct form .We did it immediately.No response for 2 months.In April 2010 my husband visited personly bangalore office and he was sent back saying that we will get them soon.Till today no response at all.I dont know the file numbers .I'am giving the other details.

My file submitted to RPO office on 12-11-10. I am keep on getting reminder from my company for the passport. I am really frustrated for this. I need the passport for my company travel purpose. Reference to the application for fresh passport for my wife, Vidjealatchoumy vide File Reference No. A02478509 dated 30th December 2009. I would like to submit the true facts for your kind consideration and necessary action. With reference to the online Passport status, She was asked to resubmit the Proof of address.

Police verification was done on 06/Feb/2010, 20/Feb/2010 and on 21/Feb/2010. Reverification was done on 08/June/2010 and 10/June/2010 due to address proof. As per Madiwala Police record the final report was send to Commissioner office on 17/June/2010. I personnally verified on 18/June/2010 at Madiwala PS through Mr. Eswarappa Ruli and Mr Basha.

I have posted a letter on 14/May/2010 with all copies of necessary address proofs and 3 PP Form. She has also approached Superintendent (Enquiry) on 31/May/2010 but not success. Subsequently, the Office of the RPO, Bangalore vide their letter dated 31/May/2010 requested for personal particulars form, which was submitted to the PRO personally on 01/July/2010. Once again She approached RPO, Bangalore on 12/July/2010, as per the email reply from Mr. Jayaram, ACP Madivala Sub Division Office, stated with Police Commissioner office Sl. No. 19 and G.R. No. 230/10 (Good Report Number) dt. 22/6/2010, but enquiry office does not allowed us to meet Passport Officer. On the other hand Pondicherry Regional Passport Office, verified parament address proof on 11/June/2010. And everytime we've approached we've been asked to submit address proof and a letter from local bank (as address proof) again. On 30/March 2011, I have submitted all copies of proof and paid Rs. 5, 000/-- and received a receipt from RPO, Bangalore. Its now ONE YEAR and FOUR MONTHS (i.e. 476 days from the date of application). I have no idea how long it is going to take.

Could you possibly assist, and if so, could you explain what I am possibly doing wrong, If so, please escalate this request to appropriate person. Kindly help us in getting a passport for her at the earliest and please feel free to contact me on [protected].

This is my File No.BN[protected].I applied passport in 25/3/2011.in passport seva Kendra:Bangalore.still I am not getting police enquiry, even I visited police station & given photo copy of my Acknoledgement letter in june, called customer care still I am not getting.

I would really appreciate if you could kindly let me know as to how many days does it take to release the passport for which the Status is clear? Regert to inform you that I have not received any feed back so far from your end! In spite of trying to contact your office repeatedly
