With reference to the above said File reference number I wish to draw your kind attention that Sec 48C comes under Punjab which have also given in written when enquired by Sec 31 Police station( during enquiry). Besides that I have filled my application in the file meant for Punjab resident i.e yellow file.
Further I request you to please send the necessary enquiry to the desired Police Station in Mohali so that the issue can be resolved at the earliest.

i had applied passport for renewal in 2006. file no. W012435.
an objection was raised that i am a goverment employ. i have to submit no objection cirtificate. since i am not a goverment employ at all i am working in the prvate sector.
on 9/9/08 i had submitted all my professional details with suporting documents to the passport office chandigarh.
for that i have not receved any information and on net also no information is present.

i request you to do the needful.

Sir,
I had applied for the renewal of my passport on dated:[protected] file number: W[protected].
The objection was raised that i am a government employ and i need to submit no objection certificate from the office. Since i am not at all a government employ, i an a doctor by profession. i ah already submitted all my professional details to the passport office chandigarh along with the proper documents.
But till now i have not received any information about my passport or on the net also no information is displayed. please see into matter as i need it very urgently.

I had applied for the passport since 19may, 2008. But I have not received any passport from regional passport office, chd . I discussed the same with SP office Kurukshetra regarding my File No 3519 And they suggested me to complaint the same. So please revert asap.

my id no is chdz21145508 my delivery date is 9-7-2008.i apply it from muktsar.i m govt employee.so i also attected my noc.but donot find any information from passport office chandigarh.i also visited passport office 3-4 time for it they say for another datemy file is complete with document.

plz issue my passport as soon as possible

People are harrassed at sake issue passport, Two original NOC from goverment employees.Why? One is not sufficient? or attested photostat not sufficient? Logic behind it?
For change address, added surname they wanted police report when passport already has not expired .There are many years due for what they ask for police report?

MY name is gaurav jain.I had applied add spouse name in my passport. MY receipt no. is F 007752.dated 19 march 2008. Till today ihave not received my passport.I am also submit my joint affidavit two times.I VISITED chd on4-9-2008.then rpo sir told me that your passport will despatch with in one week.but till today ihave not received my passport i am at my wits end. Kindly let me know what to do and whom to approach.

I had submitted application for issue of new passport in liue of expired one in the month of AUG, 2007 along with bank draft no 699675 dt 14.8.07 of Rs 1000/-, issued by SBI/Rly stn/ Ludhiana, as application fee. The old passport No H733697 issued by passport office, Bareilly was also sent along with it. The police verification by the local police authorities had also been done in the month of Dec.07.

Even after about one year, I have not received the passport.

The old passport No H733697 issued by passport office, Bareilly was also sent along with it. The police verification by the local police authorities had also been done in the month of Dec.07.

Even after about one year, I have not received the passport, you are requested to look into the matter and arrange to issue the same early.
