[Resolved]  Regional Passport Office, Chandigarh — Not received passport after 10 months

I had applied for Passport on 20.3.2007.
Till today i have not received any passport, or whereabouts of that.
Please arrange to do the needful.

Sir, My wife and i had been applied the passports, She got the passport one month ago. But still i did't get.
Kindly do the need full.

Regional Passport Office, Chandigarh — Non Receipt of Passport for 4 years

I Maninder Jit Singh Khanna R/o 85, new Lal Bagh Colony Patiala Father of Sukhnoor Kaur Khanna wants to lodge my complaint that i applied for passport of my 5 year old daughter "Sukhnoor Kaur Khanna" DOB 27/10/2003 wide File No: CHD W51323605 Dt. 31/03/2005 at Regional Passport Office, Chandigarh. But I have not recived the passport as yet.
Further on 29/04/08, in this regard, I met Sh. Madan Lal, Asst. Passport Officer, Room No. 8, Regional Passport Office, Chandigarh. He asked me to submit the copy of Annexure- 'H' and copy of 'Date of Birth'. Sir I, submitted all the documents (dully attested) as desired, on 30/04/08 .
But Till date, I have not recived the passport.
Kindly look into the matter. and let me know abt. the status of passport of my daughter.

I have submitted my passport application on May 08 at Chandigarh Passport Office. I have already sent police enquiery. All legal formalities have done but i didn't receive my passport. I approached to chandigarh office many times but they didn't gave me positive reply. It is my request kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

Respected sir, i wish to inform you that suvidha centre ludhiana sent an application for issuance of pasport for my daughter RAUNAK GALHOTRA vide file number chdz06314409 dispatched on 2.04.2009.on the same date the files for my son and my were also sent.i am repeteadely checking the status of all the applications . the status report is showing that my wifes and my sons passport will be dispatched on 27th april and 15th may but for my daughter file number chdz06314409 ...it shows either application not received or information not available .. please inform me the progress of raunak galhotras file status

My name is Nitin Bhatia. My passport issuing authority is Candigarh, and has only my first name printed on it and I need this to be changed to my full name. I dont know the complete process to get it done.

I have got my name printed out in the local as well as in National/State newspaper. Can anyone let me know what are steps to be followed after that?
