My Passport File Reference Number is HYD-Z[protected].i applied for the passport on[protected] and the police verification completed with in 20 days from the applied date.Two months ago it showed the status saying passport has been dispatched and after two weeks it again showed "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time".it's nearly 4 month's from the date i applied stiil i am getting the same message.
I need passport very urgently because i had to appear for gre exam in the 1st week of december and book my exam slot.please find a solution to my problem.
