[Resolved] Regional Passport Office Hyderabad — Non receipt of passport even after 7 months | |||
Dear sir Applied passport for my son Suhas Sumeeth Saladi vide file no.HYD-W[protected] dated[protected] after he completed his hotel mangement course at kakinada, E.G.Dt and returned back to home in the month of April 2011 The police verification has been done at the permanent address in the month of oct 2011 and they have already sent the clearance report to the passport office in the same month itself ie october 2011. It has already 7 months over and the 8th month is running. Still the status shown as police report is incomplete and the case is being examined since 3 months.Understand that the passport office has not even sent the police enquiry to the college address if they needed where my son completed his hotel management course.We have sincerely made all the efforts at Supdt of Police Office at Kakinada to trace the enquiry file.They made all efforts and informed that they have not received enquiry file from the passport office. Sent mails to RPO but No information is received from the passport office,Hyderabad stating that the delay in delivery of the passport. I wonder even no information is received from the RPO hyderabad to know the exact status. No response is received from them till date. passport — non receipt of passpot
I had submitted application on 16 Nov 07 but till date there is no sight of passport. Few months back i had re-submitted 03 copies of PP form but still there is no action.I am in urgent need of passport, Please take action on priority. My application no is BOMA04024907. dear sir, i have a passport taken at hyderabad in 1999, its validity is expired on 10 th feb this year. In the said passport a slight name correction is to be done, instead of G. SATHEESH KUMAR i got G. SATISH KUMAR. i have to do the name correction as well as apply for reissue of passport under tatkal scheme( for which i have taken the police verification certificate .As i have a offer to USA, i need the passport as early as possible. can u please guide me what is the proicess to get my passport time as early as possible (with in a week).

Status :FURNISH 3 PERSONAL PARTICULARS FORMS, DULY COMPLETED WITH 3 COPIES OF PHOTOGRAPHS ALONG WITH PROOF OF STAY.
Grievance : Sir, i have submitted all the documents required (PP forms) again and agian...still the same online status and its more than 7 months since i apply for the new passport ( case of damaged passport) with change of address.
I don;t even know the reason for delay as the online status shows same message from last six months...

I KUNAL KHANNA had submitted my passport form on date:- 24th jan 2011 at ghaziabad passport office. After that LIU n POLICE investigation had been done by your respective inspectors and told us that i will receive my passport within 40 days, but till date i have not received my passport. Even, i have checked my status in internet number of times but everytime it shows " File Reference Number (GZB-I[protected] is either wrong or Information NOT available".
Sir, i need my passport very urgently so kindly go through this problem and revert back me as soon as possible.

Regional passport officer, Hyderabad. — Non receipt of passport
We have submitted the passport applications in the month of December 2010. The police inquiry took place in January 2011. In the month of March 2011 the status of inquiry shown as the passport will be dispatched on 2.4.2011. 'we have waited for 10 to 15 days and after sending the message of not receiving the passport, the status was changed to as it is regret that due to unavoidable circumstance the dispatch of passport has been delayed and will be dispatched in weeks time. Till date i.e. 6.5.2011 we have not received the passports and we had planned to go on LTC on foreign tour in the second week of May 2011. The reasons for delay is not known and there is no reply for our remainder through FAX messages. My friend's daughter Miss ANGATI SUJATHA has applied for a new passport during October 2010 vide RPO Hyderabad file reference no. : HYD - HO21955 - 10 , dated[protected].It is already 7 months over and the status shows :" Police verification report not received " - when we checked up the police through SMS , they informed us that they have not received any request from RPO and asked us to contact RPO .
We try everyday to contact RPO office and there is no response from them.
I request you to kindly help my daughter to get her passport at the earliest - since her emplyee is asking for the same.

However, status is aslways showing that "We regret inconvenience due to delay. The paasports will be despatched in a weeks time". I need the passports urgently due to an important trip which I need to make for medical reasons.
We request the Passport Office to kindly despatch all the 4 passports ASAP.

I APPLIED FOR MY PASSPORT ON 17.02.2010 VIDE FILE NO. L[protected]. POLICE VERIFICATION WAS DONE AND THE CLEAR REPORT WAS SENT TO RPO HYDERABAD ON 21.04.2010.ON 21/05/2011 THE STATUS OF ENQUIRY SHOWED THAT PASSPORT WILL BE DESPATCHED IN A WEEK.
ON 28/05/10 THE STATUS OF ENQUIRY REVEALS THAT " IT IS TO REGRET DUE TO UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES DESPATCH OF PASSPORT IS DELAYED AND WILL NOW BE DESPATCHED IN A WEEK ". TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PASSPORT.
MAY I REQUEST THAT MY PASSPORT WHICH IS NOW PENDING CAN BE DESPATCHED TO ME.

I have applied for passport on 24.2.2011 ( HYDH[protected]. Police verification completed by Mrach,2011 end. Till date passport has not been delivered. Status onwebsite: Sorry for the delay, it will be delivered in a weeks time. This one weeks time has become indefinite. Don't know whom to approach. The grievance officer telephone time is not respondin g.
