Sub: Incorrect entries in the Passport received. RPO: KOLKATA, PASSPORT No.: G8055191, File No.: CALF00605808 Dear Sir, I had received my Son's passport on 23rd may 2008. In the said Passport, the entry in Given Names is wrongly entered as DEBNSHU instead of DEBANSHU. Also, the entry in Name of Father/Legal Guardian is wrongly entered as PARTHA NABDU instead of PARTHA NANDI. It has been unfortunate to receive such serious errors despite of providing all the documents up to date. Hence, I had filed an application on 1st week of June 2008 seeking correction of these entries in his Passport, through local Passport Agent Mr. Dilip Mitra under the banner “SEEMA TRAVELS, Durgapur-713212, West Bengal”. His Mobile No. is +91-[protected]. But now almost 2 months gone still I have not yet received his passport. I am constantly follow-up with my agent and Regional Passport Office at KOLKATA. But neither party has given me clue of the status of the Passport. Currently I am sitting in Germany and I want to apply for a visa for my family to bring them her. I am feeling helpless. Who is wrong? Or my agent has cheated me? Sir I would request you to please HELP ME to get the Passport as early as possible. I would appreciate a reply in this matter please. My name is Vikash Burnwal, I am trying to Register for passport Online in Kolkata Regional Office to get the appointment.
but unable to get the webpage to register.
I tried on the links mentioned below :--

This is to inform you that I am holding a valid passport no.
H 722 9508 which has been renewed recently vide File no.CALCOO156309. My old passport no F 5505879 had been inadvertantly lost. I noticed that my new passport has no ECNR stamping although it was stamped in my old passport. On enquiry I was informed that my ECNR is already cleared and nowadays it is not stamped or indicated in the passport.
Sir, I am 65 years old person and extremely well travelled globally. I had also worked abroad for several years. I had been visiting Africa for many years as I have my consultancy work there.I need to visit many countries in Africa during this month and hence would be much obliged if you could kindly take the trouble and let me know whether my ECNR is cleared and whether the immigration authorities would accept if the ECNR is not stamped in my passport? A confirmation note in this regard from you would be adequate.

There was a criminal case under No.189/2011 section 341, 323 & 379 IPC pending in the SDGM court Bidhannagar since 26th August, 2011 though the bail was secured on the very day . This predicament was a result of a protest against the prohibitive parking of the car of a Councillor .
Following the loss of passport the required court order granting permission for applying for duplicate passport was denied to me verbally assigning the reason to prohibitory order by Calcutta High Court . In the face of such adversity please help me - a senior citizen of more than sixty years old - with the valuable advice .

new and duplicate passport — no appointment date is receiving from 15th May 2009
When i approached passport office in Hyderabad passport office, on 15th May 2009 - the security informed me that i cannot go directly inside the passport office, thru online i have to book and take appointment date for getting my new and duplicate passport - accordingly i am trying to get appointment date for going to the passport office to produce my application to get a new and duplicate passport = i have all supportive papers - but till date i am not at all gtg any date for appointment today is 26.05.2009 if passport office people give an appointment for submission of my passport application i will be grateful = thanks
