[Resolved]  Regional Provident Fund Office, Vashi, Navi Mumbai — PF Refund claim not received

I have submitted the withdrawal form to HR in reliance globalcom, I have also received the confirmation that my documents were received properly.I am under no clue why it is pending.Is Vashi Pf office not doing it properly or is reliance .I have worked in all other Mumbai companies and this has happend first time to me.Its very poor show from Vashi Pf office.Not replying to mail nor picking phone.

Dear Sir,
I resigned from a company in August '10, and submitted my PF claim form in February'11. After frequent visit to Vashi Regional PF office, I have been told that on 25th May'11 my form has been received and the refund will be done by 25th June. In their website also, it was shown till 25th July. But now it shows that my claim form is not received by the office. Please guide me.

It may be absolutely true. It happened with me too. My PF claim form was sent on 12th August, 2011. The acknownledment letter shows that the office has received the form.

However, when I made an enquiry about PF status & cause of delay in payment, the officials informed that my PF claim form has not been sent by my previous
employer.I was shocked.

Officials in Vashi PF Office are very lethargic, till now Claims are pending & no PF slips received till now.

MH/27912/00132 .I am told by the Vashi Office that the Claim was rejected Claim ID THVSHI[protected] dated 06/01/2012 and yesterday ( 04/06/2012 ) I was told office at Vashi that my claim is rejected ( (Initiator's Remarks; PLEASE SUBMIT AFFADIVIT AN FRESH SPECIMEN SIGNATORY LETTER ALSO ) To my surprise I found No descrepanies in the signature kindly help me to get my claim.
