registered mail — more than one month letter not received

On 10th of March, 2010, I sent a registered AD post to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (OCI Cell). The post was in the amount of INR 40.00, and the confirmation code is: RLADA RL[protected]IN.
To date, it has not been acknowledged as recieved in New Delhi. Previously, I had put in a complaint to the Thiruvalla PO 689101. I gave in a written complaint to the Superintendent at the post office, and nothing has been done to follow-through on this issue. Enclosed were important, time-sensitive documentation and a draft. Please ensure that this concern be addressed immediately, as it was very important that these documentations reach its final destination. I hope you will be able to track the whereabouts of this documentation, or I need to be reimbursed for my loss. Please feel free to contact me via telephone or email: [protected].

registered mail — Mail containing credit card not received

I am completely at loss by the delay of my registered letter with the number RR[protected]IN which was posted from the Lolly Road P.O. of PIN 641003 on the 26th of March, 2011 at 10:24 hours IST. Even after a month on 28.04.11, I have not received in my current place of stay abroad. It contains a very valuable document, the loss of which would be of severe consequences.

I would like to have an urgent enquiry into the matter.

Register Mail — Register Mail not received

Dear Sir,

My post had been send to India from UK Via Royal Mail on 6/23/2011 .
The tracking no is RJ[protected]GB. On your website it is saying that it
reached to India New Delhi on 6/29/2011 and send to local destination
Pune on 6/29/2011. Still I did not receive it.
