i VANESH AHUJA BUY TWO PAIR OF SHOES FROM UR RANI BAGH RETAIL STORE ON DATE 14-12-08.ONE PAIR AMONG THEM IS DECECTED WHOES ART NO. IS SM-45, COLOUR -BLUE, SIZE-9 AS I WEAR THAT SHOES ONLY 5 TO 6 TIMES & I FOUND LOTS OF CRAKES IN SHOES.WHEN I COMPAINT FOR THE SAME TO PAWAN SINGH RATHOD IN YOUR RETAIL STORE THEN HE REPLIED THAT "YOU BUY THAT SHOES IN DISCOUNT & THER IS NO WARRANTY ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS" & HE ALSO SAID THAT COMPANY GIVE DISCOUNT ONLY ON DEFECTED PIECES.
BUT WHEN I WAS BUY THAT SHOES THAN YOUR SALESMAN ASSURE ME THAT WE GIVE YOU WARRANTY ON ALL OUR PRODUCTS FOR 90 DAYS & SHOW ME THE WARRANTY CARD WHICH HE HANG ON HIS WALL & NOW HE IS DENYING TO ACCEPT THIS.
I HEREBY REQUESTED YOU TO CHECK MY SHOES & REPLACE THEM

Hi! i bought a pair of shoes from relaxo outlet Patel nagar, within 4 months there's a crack at the front of both shoes and it's for no use now and it's out of 75 days so what to do now?

You must have improperly wore the shoe..

you cant claim a return or a new shoe once you have worn a shoe for more than 2 days..

no company gaurantee for any shoe..as cracks in the shoe can be due to miproper use, weather, water, harsh sunlight for which the company is not responsible..
