[Resolved]  Release Problems From Mns, In Indian Armed Forces (Indian Army) — Release Problems from MNS, in Indian Armed Forces (Indian Army)

As India moves forward with every passing day ; the Indian army still sticks to a form of Bonded Labour !!!, by not releasing the Medical Nursing Officers ( or MNS as they are called in the Indian Army) when the medical officers submit their resignation.

I have a close freind who is working in the MNS, and I am myself a civilian . The kind of duties they are bound to are far from the so called "benefits" and pay they get .

Being a civilian this looks to me as an extremely unorganized management and the Indian Govt should take necessary steps to prevent this .

She has to report to the hospital, if she is sick and every time she asks for a off day, ( supposedly to be given once in a week, but it is solely dependent on the management) .. and I mean it

RELEASE - The people working at MNS have joined the duty in their own will and there should be NO legal bindings whatsoever to prevent them from resigning the job .

Some heartfelt comments can be found in the following link ;

Hopefully a combined and joint effort shall make things easier, thus putting an end to all the Indian Army MNS Problems.

Ministry of Defence ... are you listening.
