COMPLAINT : On 13th march 2010, my account balance was Rs.252.90 and on 14th march 2010 it just Rs.161.86 left.

Taking out the services charges Rs.17 (1 silver,1 silver plus,2 addones of 28,1 regional of 34), where is my Rs.75 gone.

i registered a complaint on helpline on 14th march 2010.

please consider and resolve it in 7-10 days. after that i m going to send a letter to the head office of forum.
