[Resolved]  Reliance Big Tv — Bad support after sale

I have purchased Reliance BIG TV before a month.After purchasing I was told that installation would happen in 48 hours.
But it does not happened in that duration.After that I have called their customer support and regiesterd complaint. During complaint registraion I have been told that in next 2 hours their technical support team will conatct me and will do installation.
But technical team contacted me on next day and done installation.
Really a bad support system.No fullfillment of Commitments.

Dear Sir,
I want to trying to contact customer care last 15 days but company have block /no support to contact with the customer care.Due to non contact with customer care we cannot stop the channel which have activate due to cricket world cup.So due to this problem we have paying extra money to the Company.
So please take necessary action against him and help me to solve the problem.

I would like to brig to your kind notice that i have applied for Reliance Big TV DTH connection on 20th March, 2011 in the name of Mrs.M. Padmaja, resident of H.No. 29-1354/1, Flat No.2, Dwarakamai Nivas, Deenadayal Nagar, R.K. Puram PO, Secunderabad - 500 056. Mr. Md. Naseer Ahmad (Employee code HYBT[protected] from M/s. Appco Marketing India Pvt. Ltd., sale representative has approached us and offered connection of Reliance Big TV DTH connection under their franchise, he has collected the cheque no.000062 dated 20.03.2010 for Rs.1490/- drawn on Neredment Branch of Bank of India, Hyderabad which was cleared on 23.03.2011 along with other required documents. he told us that installation will be done with in 3 working days. After 3 days i had been trying to reach him and could only get him after a week and we were informed that there was a shortage of stock of the equipment and He assured us that installation will be done on or before 08.04.2011, positively. Since then, i have been trying to reach him, he is eluding my calls and keeping the mobile in switch off mode and i am unable to understand what has to be done and whom to approach. Till today i.e. 22.04.2010, even after completion of more than a month and nothing has been done.

It seems the company is instructing its employees to collect the money in advance and deceive the people as far as possible.

ANY BODY FROM RELIANCE BIG TV IS LISTENING OUR PLIGHT.


i do not require connection of this service provider any more and i request you to kindly help to get back my money.

Reliance Big TV Dish — remote not working

we hav bought reliance big tv dish entaina at our ushakiran flat 2months back.

Hi,

I bought a Reliance Big TV Full HD with DVR on 08th Apr 2011 Online through LetsBuy.com. I recieved the induction kit in right time in 5 days. But when I called the Reliance Big TV customer care to come and install it at my residence, they said the induction kit number that I have recived is invalid and asked me to go to nearest Reliance Center. When I walked into Relinace ceneter they said they cant help. I called back the customer care back and scalated the issue with the supervisord for about 5 times now. Everytime they say they will respond within 24 hrs and no response after that.

I even complained it to Letsbuy.com who said they will get the product back from me and arrange for a pick up. But no respons again. I have called Lets Buy also about 5 times now.

These people are serious cheats and the customer care and service they have is absolutely pathetic. Please think twice before going for these products again.

I am under a loss of 4400 Rs now as the induction kit lies waste at my residence now.
Worst service from big tv ... please dont opt it ...

Reliance Big TV — extra charges

i have taken Big TV reliance DTH services in dec. 2010. My smart card no is[protected] . its colours were thatching on my LCD. after that i have taken Airtel IP connection. now i wanted to recharge the same connection for my 21" TV set. your executive were telling me that there is 121/- outstanding balance against me towards extra cable laid at my residence. As far my knowledge (taken from your executive)18 mts cable may be given free and after that you charged. only 8-10 mtrs cable were used at my residence. I have already talked to your executives Arun Walia, Samina. but they didnot sent the person to verify the same problem physically/practly.

Now i wanted to rechare the same connection. kindly sent your executive at my residence or talk me over phone to retained the same connection at the earliest possible.

Reliance Big TV — Reliance Big TV Customer Service

I have purchased new Reliance Big HD TV connection from Letsbuy.com My Sr No - [protected] and my mobile is [protected]. My suggestion not not buy Big TV DTH Connection online because they only provide you the coupons, not the DTH box and after that i have call Reliance Big TV Customer care to register your start-up kit which is not a good experience for me. Customer care executive told me that their engineer will install DTH connection in 48 hours (which i think would be 48 Months ) but after one week of waiting and calling repeatedly to customer care no one is come to my home for installation . I have very bad experience with Reliance Big DTH service nad suggest all of other people not to buy big tv because they have very bad customer care service and their engineers work on their will they even not concern that how many times you call to customer care ( they have unexperienced staff )
My viewing card no. is[protected]. I have recharged of 200.00Rs. on may-2011 but my Big TV signal is not have yet while TV screen always No signal shown, I have talked many times with customer care for this. I don’t get satisfactory answers from them. My Money waste Plz do something to solve my problem soon thanks. your customer care services very poor

This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased a Reliance Big T V connection a two months back and I had taken a full option Platinum package, the sad part is that till today I am not able to watch a clear relay from this settop box, I get a ghost image on all the channels which includes the H D.

I had registered complaint thrice and all these time people had come and seen and did some up gradation, but in vain it is the same old way.

Even today I have raised a complaint with a compliant number[protected] and my smart card number is[protected]>

While speaking to your customer care center the person whom I spoke informed me that Rs 500/. Will be deducted from my account for the replacement of any parts.

I will be happy to pay this if my system was old and damaged from my side. This case my system is new and from the day one I am complaining about the clarity and still not rectified without rectification for at least once you cannot ask for money.

yes its a true Member Log in facility is maintained every corporation company, but Big Tv customers are not having in this facility,

dear, sir i registered a complaint about my faulty set top box on 19/8/2011 at 6:45 pm and it holds the complaint no:[protected]. ur authorities promised me to solved the problem in upcoming 48 hours but today 48 hours had gone past but my problem is still unsolved.between this 48 hours ur technician had came and took away our set top box as it is faulty and promised us to provide us a new set top box of Rs.500 but 24 hours had past for this incident but your technician had not provided it. i called costomer care centre but they are talking useless things and just only doing fake promises.i was not having any problem since i buyed big tv in 2008 but now after expiriencing this problems i m bored of your services.u r sending technician by time but still after that our problems remains unsolved

Reliance Big TV — Activation without request

This complaint is about Reliance Big TV dish service. our smart card number is[protected]. The company unnecessaryili activated, unwanted igames by cutting Rs. 99 from our account without our knowledge and without a written request from us. When spoken to sales person on toll free number[protected], there was no proper reply and they rejected to credit the amount of Rs. 99 back to our account.

I have purchase the big tv DTH apprx 14 month back and I am facing the problem from day one only. After every 10 -15 day it show the signal poor and we make the complaint every 15days your engineer comes and reactfy the problem. This prectice is from last 14 month. When ever ask to engineer wht is the problem he said that dish antena has to relocate and ask for Rs 400/-. Your engineer came from M/s Bankey Bihari Enterprises Vasundra Ghaziabad. I was told by some sr. person of your technical department when ever any engineer came to your home for attanding the complaint you ask him to talk to us we will instruct him to reloate the dish and solve the problem once for all and you will not be charge a single pannie. I dont remember the name of that gentleman his tel no is[protected]. We lodge the complaint yesterday 25 aug 2011 and today engineer came we ask him to talk to this no he has refuse to us and he said tell that Sr Person he talk to our office only I will attend your call and relocate the dish.I have discussed this issue with Mr Manoj Pant in customour care department to day 26 aug 2011 at 9 pm and he has assured that our problem will be resolved parmanently.

In the light of the above pls look in to the metter and help.

Reliance Big TV — payment dispute

We have made payment for Rs 8000/- for the platinum pack
dated 03/09/09 , cheque no -279228 , drawn on
Central Bank Of India (Mumbai , Main)
Rs 3474/- has been adjusted for one along with bonus for 2 months ,
Later same platinum pack was extended for
one more year with similar benefits , For which we have spoken to Mr.Dagdu
30/08/10 @9.50 am . & remaining balance of Rs 1052/-. We have called today about
our remaining balance of Rs 1052/- to be utilized for coming months , but where
surprised to know that we have left over balance approximately Rs 315 /71- . kindly
let us know how it is possible?.& oblige.
I am subscriber of Reliance Big TV and my Id no is[protected].I have given complaint one week back, and I am trying call customer care, No body can respond the call, BIG TV SERVICE IS VERY VERY BAD SERVICE...
