[Resolved]  Reliance Big Tv — poor customer service

I was trying to get set max channel for a period of two month,but they are giving me two toll free numbers[protected],[protected].But this two numbers are always in assesible for a couple of days.Thus, as a customer they denied their services.

i purchase reliance big tv with smart 3990 premium pack on 07.08.2008 but after installation they are showing regular pack which has less channel number does not contain sports and kids(POGO & Cartoon network) channel. i have make complaint on 24.09.2008. thay regularly says same thing that is it will be done tommrrow sir. But there "tommorow never comes", shame anil ambani group of industries you are now doing china buizness. Till now i do not when they will solve my problem.
In my entire life i really didnt' bugged up like this kind of poor customer service. Lot of calls been made and no use. i didnt get proper service at all. So please dont ever never go for Big tv if you really need a enetertainment.
The name BIG is wrost ever..it is giving lot of problem..it hangs so many times and also break voice.it takes time to change a channel..i called to cutomer care..1st the no given in website is going engagae coutinously..after locking a complain nither anybody come at my house nor call me..i am fed up with this service..i am going to drop this stupid "kachare ka dabba"..

They are keen in to selling ( cheating ) the product. But they Did'nt give the proper service.

On 7th June 2009 my Set top Box was not powering on. Still now the problem not solved

Reliane Big TV has very poor customer care services. I have called so many times to recharges my account but they are not responding at all. Not only that they dont have proper web site for recharge. this is one of the worst DTH services. Advising everybody if you want to buy go for Tata Sky if you want to waste your money then only buy Reliance big TV.

I made a recharge of 400 Rs by net banking on Thursday night, amount has been deducted from ICICI account i got the transaction number also, But still my big tv account is showing Zero balance . I almost called Customer Support 10 or 15 times very time they told it will be resolved in few hours but nothing happened only thing they gave me are few complain numbers
My Reliance Big TV (SmartCard:[protected] signals were down with message 'Poor Signal'. When we called customer support on their toll free number[protected], for most of the time it went unattended, finally on 22nd Dec, 2010 at around 10:15PM, the customer support agent answered. His response was 'may be there is a issue in your area please wait for 1 more day'. When we asked for a complaint number he said he cannot register complaints and to call again next day. What sort of customer service is it?? If there is an issue they should be accepting complaints and inform subscribers about the status instead of trying to waste time doing nothing. Very bad, I will not recommed any Reliance products to anyone just because of their poor customer service.
Also forgot to add above, The support agent disconnected midway while we are trying to understand why he dont register a complaint.. If they dont want to support why do they have the customer service desk!! The web page doesnt have a online utility to register complaints. only other way is to send email with which again you will not get the tracking number. If reliance is serious about giving support to their subscribers, they should atleast add online complaint form with which we can track the updates.

i do tray again again but i culd not see my acount balnes
I have given a complaint for the smart card number[protected] on 09.08.2011 early morning, after as many as follow up with the customer care one technician came on 12.08.2011 and told me that the set up box to be replaced and it will take more than 2 days. I waited from 12.08.2011 to 16.08.2011 at 15.00 Hrs.
I am requesting you sort out the issue with in today otherwise I will go to consumer court for the reason for the delay

I AM ADISH HARIDAS, WORKING AT INDIRA GANDHI CENTRE FOR ATOMIC RESEARCH, KALPAKKAM This is my second e-mail to you people after complaining innumerable times over phone to your so called customer care. You are really torturing the customer by not at all giving any service. I have given a complaint on 29th September. My smart card number is[protected]. I am really fed up with your service. Your representatives told the problem will be solved within 48 hours. Now it is one month, since I have watched any of the channels, more over I have recharged my smart card for one year last month. I talked with so many of their representatives as well as supervisors. Mr. Shiva Kumar, Mr. Madan, Mr. Deepak, Ms.Linda, Ms. Deepam are some of the names. So I think there is no point in waiting for your service. I am going to file a case in the consumer court and the session courts in Chennai on Monday.
Hi i have been using Reliance Big TV for nearly 3 yrs.Had a issue with HD box filed a complaint on 24/10/2012.And the technician responded on 26/10/2012.The box was replaced on 30/10/2012.The replaced box is also not working.whenever we call reliance customer care they are not responding properly.They yet solve the issue.Till today issue is not solved.we have been constantly complaining them no response.They are not eligible to run such company.Please do process this issue.

Dear All,

I have purchased the Big TV 1 connection before 1 year back. In this
20 days i am having lots of problem in this connection . Firstly i am
suffering from poor signal all the time. Whenever i call to the
customer care center they will take maximum 192 hrs for resolving the
problems but after that nothing was change. I was call to the customer
care service number so many times but i m very fed up with this type
to promlem. please let me know how much time i have face to this type
of problem.

Please suggest me & take the strong action for solve my problem.

my set top no is[protected] registered in the name of kashiram khatate.
its been since 14/7/2014 my set top box is not working. i called severeal times for complaint but no one is helpful resolving this issue. i spoke to several people at your organisation and none of them is giving a resolution i spoke to Manoj patil supervisor, Sudhraj goyal TL on the floor and finally i spoke to manisha she said she will transfer call to supervisor and she disconnected the call. everytime i speak to them they transfer the call where no one answer it quite disappointed with the service. earlier when i spoke to TL sidhraj goyal he said engineer will come at 6pm on sat 19/7/2014 he confirmed the mobile number as well as the address with me but no one turned up. now when i called and spoke to manisha she said that the number is incorrect as well as the address and when i told her to change the number she said she cant do it as there is no balance. i will have to recharge first and then she can change the mobile number on system. since 14/7/2014 to 22/7/2014 because my set top is not working the balance is deducted so how ul expect me to recharge it again . when i spoke to manoj he said amount will be refunded when the issue is resolved but nothing is resolved yet. either you have to resolve my query or please go ahead and cancel the service i do not want to carry on with the service of your company which cannot provide customer a perfect customer service. pathetic service ever. compalint no:[protected]. please call on [protected] for further assistance

I am also a customer of Reliance Big TV. My remote is not working since last three months. 4-5 times called on customer care. Also sent a mail at customer care. No response. I have not seen such a third rated company. Feeling very helpless as have given 12 months rent in advance. Moreover, they have already deducted cost of remote from my account. Really fed up. What to do?
