[Resolved]  Reliance Big Tv — We have paid the amount but did not install Big TV connection yet.It has been 5 months.

A big TV executive has offered us a connection on march 3rd 2013 "order copy number 156743" with charges RS=1790 , He said no installation charges , We have given him a cheque with sum of 1790, "cheque number 050186 sbi bank" , it has been 5 months but there is no response from Big TV yet.They should either provide connection or re pay us the installation amount.No response from customer care.So inefficient Reliance Big TV.

Reliance — Installation amount not received

I had applied for a reliance broad band connection.
I had submitted all the necessary documents needed by them along with the Cheque of 500/- as the one time installation charges.
The executive had assured me that the connection will be active in 7 days...But more that 2 months had passed and yet the connection was not active.
I had requested to cancel the connection.
The request was confirmed and the connection was cancelled.
I then requested for the 500/- Rs cheque...
It is almost more than 6 months now, i have not received the cheque...
Some one please guide me, what should i do...?

BIG TV — no Installation yet

Hi,

I purchased BIG TV on 30th August 2008 and till now the installation is not complete.My smart card number is[protected]

I am fed up calling these guys for installation. They are raising 1 complaint per day. but no one has reached me yet for installation.
my best suggestion is not to go for this product.

my smart card no is[protected] i had brought the big tv on 15-09-08 the call center said within 72 hours it will be installed even to this day there is no response and the call center are very rude they dodnt even have manners to talk to the customer.
The call center people think that they are the owners of the company and very rudely they answer.
my suggestion is never buy any reliance product at all its a company and the product with out any service and no proper response. I didnt expect reliance having such a bad service.

Relaince BigTV — Improper responce from Customer Care

I am facing problem from one week, after me getting the setup box and it worked for a month and later on the installation team has cheated me by not recharging the account and later from customer care by repeatedly saying 24hr to 48hr the service will be back online, but no chances in TV as well as there words

Reliance Big TV — Rubbsih service they proivide

Realiance Big TV is really a rubbish service provider . They dont have proper mechanism for user to change the plan.

Neither their never attended TOLL free number works nor their custmer representative comes on phone on the paid number service.

To change any plan u surely will have to lose 50-6 Rs every month on the paid number . I[censored] want to change ur plan through the never attended Toll Free number, u atlest wil hve to dial that number continuoiusly for 3-4 days.

This is the kind of service they provide. service .

BIG TV — product installation

I'm a valuable customer of reliance big tv from 1 year, my smart card # is[protected]. i have reloacted from lower parel to goregaon brought the dish along with me, Given a call to customer care asking for help, suggested for to recharge 350 towards installation. 10 days is already passed. but they haven't done , & when i call customer care today they says your balance is 250/- . Recharge 100rs
I havn't used the service keep on deducting & pl tell how valid is this.

BIG TV — not installed

Dear sir,
I beg big tv of 29th nov 2010. but aaj 23rd dec 2010 ho gaya. par abhi tak big tv mere yaha nahi Laga hai.
Customer care se kitni bar contact kiya . wo bar-bar bolte hai ki ek do din me Lag jayega. par 25th day ho gaya . abhi tak koi response nahi hai..Shopkeeper bolta hai ki maine aapka no ragistered kar diya hai. customer care se contact karo.customer care se pata chala ki mere naam se connection 7th dec se hi activate hai. mera smart card no[protected] hai.

sir, please solve my problem ASAP.

no proper response after installing, no proper behaviour with the customer when they come to install at residency, no proper guidance that how to use your or operate it, we are very much disappointed by your service. if any responsible person is there in your company then please call to [protected]. In sun packages few tamil channels are not working. its showing that channel temperarily unavailable due to technical reason service shall resume shortly
