[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — My net is down since 2 weeks no one is attending

I have taken this broadband for no use its not working since last two weeks and whenever i complain in customer service they take a complain and give some complain number firsst week no one came after my repeated calling a guy came and told me the wire is broken and it cant be fixed and when i call customer service they say thy cant garuntee that out problem will be fixed. i dnt knw wht to do

Reliance broadband and land line — Local agent terrible

This is to inform those concerned that I have applied for Reliance boradband and landline connection during early January 2008. The agent also collected a cheque from me for RCIL. Till now, he has not turned up to connect the line. Numerous calls to him went waste and now, he has also blocked my mobile number so I can only reach him through a public phone. This guy's name is Vinay, circulates the Reliance internet pamplets and his mobile number is [protected]. This is in Vikaspuri area, New Delhi. They actually convinced me to get my Airtel connection disconnected and because of these irresponsible Reliance people, now I am net-less in home. Never believe these people. I hope not many people fell in trap of this rascal.
Same problem here too. I called up the customer care they will say they will send their filed representative , who never turns up.
Some email id given by the fellow who sold me the connection bounce back.

Finally I am cancelling the connection. no other go, what is the use in having a service provider who is not at all concerned at the customer service.
I requested for reliance broadband connection after sending mail to disconnect airtel., mid of Jan 2008, after three weeks, they refused to give after very much struggling, I received this reply.
Then I totally fed up and again I applied to Airtel for renewal and I got this after very much struggling after two weeks.
HEre, What I want to say is.,
I have given Rs.500/- cheque for reliance broadband connection, that has been debted from my account without giving connection. and lodged request to get back that cheque on feb first week.But till now I am not received, for that also, I am struggling...
The Reliance frauds are Honble. Prabhu [protected], Honble Alex [protected]. and Honble Manikandan and Honble Manager Mr.Sukumar of of Reliance cheque section 30351014.
my brodband and phone is not working since last fifteen days despite several complaints.very very bad service. and i have calling the manger trupti who is not attending the call.
More than 100 people, I found today, having the same problem. I too had a bad experience with Reliance Internet Services. They took the money & I am still waiting for a connection. Now I have complaint to the Consumer Forum and some local authorities regarding the issue. You guys also do the same. Lets say NO to reliance to make this a beautiful world.
I have relience internet connected. every month 11the is my billing date and next month 2nd is my last due date..
Last month 11th May my bill got generated and 2nd JUne was my last due date. I paid on 2nd JUne
On 14th JUne I have seen my internet is not working. I callled them up 7 times. on 5th time I GOT A VERY INTERSETING information from customer care. They are saying then cant find my user id...
on 7th time again I got the information and now they are saying due irregularity of my payment they disconnected the internet..

Now 11th May was my first bill (as I was new customer) and I paid on 2nd JUne.. Now again they 11th June bill got generated and youy have to pay and get the connection back..

I GOT SURPRISED... Bill yet not come to my address. stil there 15 days time to come my last due date.. But they disconnected


I AM ALSO LOOKING for Different connection and. hoep flully AIrtel might have the better customer service than relience.

I really surprised teh service level from Relience ...
I have anothe incidents from Relicne mutual fund...

I decided not to buy anything which is comes under Relicne...:(:(
I have taken a new connection, thats the combo pack . I m not getting the proper speeed, i can only get around 10 to 15 kbps but according to your norms i should get 75kbps, so plz try to figure out my problem.
I have complaint but no response.
The poorest customer service experience I have ever come accross with. RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE people are of no use, just sitting in their desks like useless people, can't even speak in a proper way, forget they can ever solve the customer's query. I have got reliance broadband connection which is not working for around a month now. Called these useless people "n" number of times, but only was given a complaint number, than a proper solutions. They just say that it's been forwarded to our technical team so they can assist you. Every time when I called after waiting the phone call from their technical team, it's been told to me that the request has been closed as the issue has been resolved. Now I wonder how come the request has been closed, and whom they had spoken with. No Idea!!. Every time I have been given a new complaint number and it goes on till today. Don't known when it will get resolved. A proper authority of RELIANCE SHOULD LOOK AT THIS, so that their customer's don't run away from them. CUSTOMER SERVICE.
PROBLEMS WITH RELIANCE CONNECTION:

1)Poor Broadband Connection ( Always offline )-Not Reliable
2)Landline doesn’t work (Always dead)
3)Worst Customer Care Service I have ever seen in my life and they are only meant for recording complaints and giving complaint numbers to customers.
4)You have to be ready for Spending more on mobile bills just to contact your CCare (It even cross your regular bill )
5) No proper firewall filters/Anti virus software supplied from reliance and due to this system gets damaged every month. I have formatted my system for more than 3 times from the day this Reliance is connected to my system. Let me remind you I have used Sify Internet for more than one and half year and formatted only once. This shows how worst this network is ?.

I advice you all not to go with this connection and get yourself into trouble. Think twice...
dudes it gives the speed it promised and its a very good service, wts problem with u all ihave been using it for one yr, , if you have a complain dont call local fellow call the r care and take complain no i[censored] do htat ur problem will be solved within 2days maxx

He went in DLS and check there and Change my Pair too and calling me right is problem is ok. after one hour i got a same problem. My net Connectivity is running on 1-2 hours ok after 1-2 hours dead line for 10-20 mints. after running on.. this problem face maybe Three weeks... when i face a problem that time i can't get on my pc ID ADDRESS & Getway...
I hope U can understood my problem and give me good soluation...

I am getting very bad experience from reliance team; I was trying to get a broadband connection in egmore – Chennai, for that I have called u r executive in[protected], they said one of your representative will call me back. One guy called me on the same day he said he will be coming next day to collect the details and gives the connection with in two days, I believed your company and cancel Airtel connection but . “UNFORTUNATELY NO BODY TURN UP’

Again I called to[protected] explained my experience they gave two number[protected] and 29 – sujatha sales head) but both the number are keep in ringing no body is picking up the call “I think its some fake numbers’


I called[protected] again explained my experience, they said I will get the call from reliance sales executive. After two hours one guy called me ([protected]) and said they cant provide wired broadband they can only provide wireless in my area. I said ok fine I will go for some other service provider, then I called airtel for wired connection and confirmed, . After some times Mr Sathish from reliance called ([protected]) and said he can provide the connection with in two days. I believe his words again and cancelled airtel connection again. Sathish called me again I gave his mobile number ([protected]) and promised me he will be coming today morning 8, but he is not turned up by 8. Then I called him he said he will be coming to my office and get the details, but again he is not turned up. I called his mobie but he is not picking up the call.

Please suggest me what I need to do in this situation.
I would strongly advice people to not even turn their heads when they hear the name Reliance. They swindle money and just provide appalling service in almost all of their products. I am victim of their broadband connection which does not work from day one from which it is installed.

There was gross misselling by its agent in Bangalore called Lohith-[protected]

Any of you guys in Bangalore who would want to thrash up both the technical and sales people of Reliance, please reply to this post and we can combine to teach them a lesson.
actually this is least expected from Reliance net. this is the worst ever Coustomer care service you could find in world. its not coustome care actually it is coustomer fear.

My internet is down from last 2weeks and no update yet from Relience... [Complain ticket no 80949411]
Its true.Without resolving the issue Customer Care use to close the ticket and after that they will call you and ask if it is resolved or not.Its really pathetic condition now.Never go for Reliance.
Its happened for me also.Last 2 weeks my internet is also down.
Same problem here too. I called up the customer care at least 10 times every time I getting same response “ we are very sorry for this, We will going to escalate this issue as a high priority and issue will be resolve as soon as possible “ but as usual nothing happened TT no 8115354

I AM WORKING IN A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY.. AND WE ARE REGULARLY VISITING RELIANCE WEB WORLD(KOTTAYAM, KERALA) . LAST FEW DAYS THE SYATEMS IN THE WEB WORLD A RE NOT WORKING PROERLY.. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFULL

We also same problem, 10 times we called every time they take complaint and no actions, for terrible connection they take intallation charges 500 RS and no usage connection we got the bill of 1400 RS!!!
We are also facing same problem, every month sending the bills, problem not solved till and they are not terminating the connecting, harassing
