[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — My net is down since 2 weeks no one is attending

I have taken this broadband for no use its not working since last two weeks and whenever i complain in customer service they take a complain and give some complain number firsst week no one came after my repeated calling a guy came and told me the wire is broken and it cant be fixed and when i call customer service they say thy cant garuntee that out problem will be fixed. i dnt knw wht to do

I have taken Reliance Broadband connection on 13th October 2009 through a sales person (Name- SAGAYA RAJU, Contact No- [protected], [protected]). He has taken my Rs500 and Rs20 extra for Draft charges. He told that he will make the draft and all & within 3-4 days I'll get the connection and first 2-3 months he'll come to my home for collecting bill. But after 6-7 days, he is not receiving my calls at all. Most of the times his mobile is switch off.

After 10 days he received my call (in between I was daily calling to Customer Care) and said we don't have sufficient MODEM, if you want you can talk to my Executive (MANJTNATH, Contact no- [protected]). 1st Manjunath talked and assure me that I'll surely get connection within 2 days.

After 2 days I called him and again he said the same thing. After 3 days he was stop receiving my call at all. Then again I called Customer Care regarding this, they registered the request and assured me that they have sent this request to the concerned department with high priority. 8-10 times I have registered the complain. One day I asked them for the Nodal Officer no. of Karnataka Circle.

Then I called to Nodal Officer (Lakshmi, Contact no. 30332676,[protected]. She confirmed me that within 2 days your problem will be solved. But after 1 week situation is still the same. Now what should I do? Previously I have Airtel Broadband Connection and its customer service was excellent.

The worst service I have ever seen in my life. Please do not go for Reliance Broadband Connection. Otherwise you will face the problem as I am facing.

Till now I am waiting for my connection and still when I am calling to the Customer Care, they are registering a Complain and forwarding it to the concern department and assure me that within 1-2 days I'll get the connection.
please disconnect my broad band and land line connection.
I had opted for reliance broadband connection this March and agreed to go for "Quarterly Plan". As per the instructions I made the payment and things were fine.

However after three months i.e on 20th of June I received a mail from [protected]@relianceada.com [you can find the same at the end of this mail] saying that my plan would be migrated to a monthly billing and even I was not objecting for the same. But on 1st of July I received a quarterly bill [attached with this mail ].

I contacted the customer care [ toll free number ] and they were of no help and insisted that I should pay the three months bill to avoid temporary disconnection. I was not ready to pay three months bill in advance since the email I received clearly mentioned that my quarterly plan will be migrated to monthly one.

A few later I got a call from a local reliance agent asking me to pay the bill. Even I explained the same to the lady whoever made the call. She stated that the bill has already been generated and they cannot regenerate it and also suggested me to pay one month bill of Rs 1120/- to avoid disconnection and they will generate a monthly bill from next month onwards.

She sent a representative [ Ananth] to whom I paid in cash on 13th July and he even gave me receipt for the same. However my broadband connection was disconnected on 14th july and till date am running around people explaining the same issue again and again, yet with no solution :(

I contacted the telephone number [[protected]] and spoke to Yashodhara regarding the same. He asked me to forward the email [ you can see his reply below] which I got from reliance so that he can assist me. I forwarded the same and he gave his direct number [[protected] ] for further contact and later he was not at all available even on phone or email. His line was either busy or there is no answer [ I do not have complain against this ]

Another person gangadhar who received the call asked me to once again forward the mail for clarification, I forwarded the same to him also.
Today when I contacted him his is claiming that whatever migration mail I have received is not from reliance and seeking an explanation from me as to how I got that mail. He is commenting as if I have created that mail and sent it to him. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AN INSULT.

Even after paying the bill my broadband connection is down and on top of that I do not have a proper solution nor customer service.
Dear Sir/Madam,

I completely agree with the statement that "Reliance Broadband Internet services", the customer care field service is very very poor. I took the 75kbps unlimited plan two moths agao and i am facing a speed problem since then. The speed always vary from 1.1kbps to 86kbps continuously.

i complains several times and somany field technicians visited my premises to resolve the problem. At last their ultimate superviser/officer Mr. Niraj told me He can not help me in this matter, I may do whatever i want

What a great answer from a responcible person in reliance Technical department?

so I advise people not go for Reliance Broadband Internet Connection. I would go for BSNL or Tata or You tele for internet connection rather than Reliance.

Reason ...Reliance has given a contract to take care of technical complains for Broadbadn Internet problems. and The technical staff is of a low quality. preferably ITI (IT-3MONTHS COURSE) qualification people are working with the syatem.

our company purchased reliance net connection Broad Band on date[protected] . which does not work from day one, we complaint about this and no action for terrible connection the take installation charges Rs 500 and no usage connection we got bill every month.
I have same compalin with thgreatest cheating company in india. One of a execcutive came to my house & commited that co is providing 144 kbps speed so i have paid 3 month subscription of 1240 but when i received a confirmation call from call centre they told me actual picture. i have requested to cancell connection. But after 6 month i am waiting for refund but stilli have not received my payment...

I THINK MY ANIL IS THINKING TO BECOME A RICHEST PERSON FROM THIS WAY...

I have taken this broadband for no use i am not getting the proper speed... whenever i complain to customer service they take a complain and give some complain number first week no one came but some one had called from the reliance asked the problem and told he will get back to me in another half an hour...but none of them turned to me...when again i called customer care after 1 week and i gave the compliant number stating that my problem is not been solved...i was shocked by them they told me that in their data base its been entered that our problem is solved, how is that possible when none of them have visited my house...see problem cannot be solved by calling its their duty to come and visit the site...Now again i have called the customer care on 12/06/07..and again they gave a new complaint number I got a call they told me the same thing that they will call me within half an hour and its been 48hrs none of them have turned up..And the customer care representative told me that within 24 hours they will visit...Inspite of all this problem i have recieved monthly bill... when they cant solve the problem then how can they send the bill...I am completely unsatisfied with the service

i saw rupees 499 broadband connection from reliance .you can see the advertisements
every corner of street throe out Triplicane, royepettah, around the area.
they are absolutly nonsense .if you call them .executives will come with in 5 minutes to collect the 500 rupees money.after .you forget the money as well as connection.you have to make a thousand calls .they won't pick the call.iam one of the victim who suffered because of those thief's. specially alwarpet branch no 66 seeman srinivasan cross street venus colony alwarpet chennai 80. servicemanager name - thyagarajan is world's best useless man getting waste salary.
I think reliance is number one worst broadband service provide in India. On 1-5-11 i gave rs 500 cheque to reliance agent Ranjth, Still they do not put modem. If i call to agent Ranjith, he is not pick my phone. so i planed to complaint reliance alwarpet office two time no response. Then i complain to reliance head office Nugambakkam also no response and i planned to complain reliance customer care also three time no response. Finally i send mail to reliance office no response. so, you provide worst service in india.

I (Himabindu Bhadra) residing at 46h, Sreedhar Roy Road, Kolkata - 700039, West Bengal, has been using reliance wi-max since it came into existence in Kolkata some 4 years back. Previously I was using reliance dial-up Platinum plan to access internet from home. I am a Home based Medical Transcriptionist and require uninterrupted internet service for almost 16 hours a day.

Last year, I noticed water dripping from the internet cable and noticed occasional sparks in the modem which is next to my PC desk. Immediately I called up the customer care to avail preventative measure. After repeated plea, the customer service people approached my home and changed the faulty wire and modem. Again after few days, during heavy rain, I noticed heavy water sipping which receeded soon after the rain stopped. Again I called up the service center to come and check the wires again. But they did not turn up even after several calls.

This year, same thing happened following excessive rain last week. Immediately called up customer care to file a complaint on Firday (17/06/11).

On Sunday (19/06/11), a service personnel called me (from this number [protected] )in the morning and sent a novice guy to check the problem at my home. Though I repeatedly asked them to bring enough wire and a modem to replace the old and non-working ones, this guy came up with nothing. He just came, cut the wire and fixed a new clip. All these while my internet was running without any disruption, except the water dripping from the wire. Soon as he changed the clip and cut the wire, net connection lost totally and there was no signal at all in the modem. He promised me that he will come home next day and change everything that is necessary the first thing in the morning. He did not turn up as usual and I called them several times almost begging them to come and repair my internet. Now whenever I try to call them, they just dont answer my call. I used a different number to contact them and when they received the call, they immediately said that they have sent a guy for repairing. I have been trying to contact them or avail any help from morning, but without vain. Its been over 48 hours without anyone attending my problem.

If this continues, I will discontinue Reliance wi-max internet for ever and opt for TATA VSNL 1MBPS wi-max connection instead.

Since I require internet for my work, which is no work no pay basis, I think I am loosing on too many things now depending on your callous approach.

I will not even return the wi-max equipments and make no further payment towards the usage. I will destroy every single equipment and see what you people can do.

i have terminated my connection in feb and till now they have not refunded my security money i am tired of complaining them at their online centers
