[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst customer care service

I was applied for Reliance Broadband connection 25/10/2009 . I cleared all my documents However, your people after their commitment to install the connection by 27/10/2009, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, i want to Reliance office Secunderabad i check there backend my application was not summited the given receipt no [protected], Executive used my amount for personal, Executive name Kiran [protected] office people the given me Executive boss number [protected] Ramakrishna he told that Executive taken ur amount his in outstation wen he come i will send u. till date i didn't rev that boss telling me iam send u money but his also don't pickup my call, make horrible excuses I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their come give me my amount . However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse).

Reliance Broadband — Executive collected payment

I made a cash payment on 6th october 2009 to one of reliance broadband executive.
After 2 days i enquired about the payment, the bleady customer care people told me that the exectuve is not belongs to Reliance and saying that they are not responsible for this.

At the time of payment the executive shown me all the reliance connection opening forms.
With that forms i strongly believed and given cash to him and collected receipt for the same.

I asked customer care people that How the executive got my complete details like address and my name??

NO ANSWER FROM THEM.

Dont believe Relianlce Broadband people. If you have connection terminate it as early as possible.
i had reliance broad band connection for last one year at hyderabad vidyanagar.my account no is[protected]my account bno[protected].it never worked satisfactorly for whole year.
on 7 july i got it discennected out of frustation.the local sevice provider promptly disconnected the whole servise and removed the cable etc.
surprisingle i still get bills and i also got a leagal notoice for non payment of august and september bills.
now again they have sent a notice for arbitration of the said amount.
this is the biggest harassment reliance customers get it
some body shopuld teach them a lession.

Reliance Broad Net — Not provide the service after all required document

My address varification is done and is positive but Three times relinace suspended my services.I have lodge so many complain but he tell me the different things all the time ,i am very unsatisfied the behaviour and way of services.I am suffereing alot from this by mental pressure, Beacuse i have purchased datatcard with 3500/Rs and he does not gives services and When i try to returns this card ,He told that.They cannt take Return .that datacard not be used in other network,thats why it is useless for me .

Iam really glad to express that today Reliance the Brand has become a kind of identity for this great nation called INDIA.

We really feel proud that Reliance is a company which significant India in a very larger prospective when it comes to comparison with other big corporate houses of the World.

Believe me I have never ever thought in my wildest of dreams that I, that too as a ''Indian'' will ever face any customer related issues from a name called RELIANCE, where the word ''Reliance'' speaks volume for it self. Coming to the core issue, I would like to express my grievance regarding after sales service of Broad Band Internet connection. I am facing problem from last one month but inspite of No of calls made to customer care, and the local service centre at Alwar my problem has not been attended properly and till date Iam facing hardships in terms of getting proper network connectivity at my place.I am writing this mail with a hope that this would be the last chain of proceedings which I need to follow to get the desired Internet connectivity, I have narrated my problem in detail to the customer care officer on tele as well as in person to executive who came to my house to install the Modem. But to my surprise I realized that their motto was just to sell their product and not the after sales services which they promise at the time of sale. I have been told that in case of any problem my complaint will be looked after within 30 mins from the time the complaint but in reality its other way round, the complaint never get attended till the time its not been reminded again and again and again.

I request you to kindly arrange the visit of some qualified technical person who can provide some respite to me from long awaited Internet problem.

Reliance Broadband — WORST SERVICE IN INDIA

I never know that Reliance is such a begger & Fraud like company.They took installation money for Broad band Internet kit & never turnrd back to me>When i am trying to call them they are not picking my phone, if luckily they attend , they dont know how to react.I have done enough complaints but they dont have any records of these complaints.They dont track the complaint request.Their English is worst i 've ever heard in my life, their way to reply is disgusting.Its is the worst Internet service provider in India.
I want to Shift my Internet connection from one room to another, but when I have connected to the customer care cell, they informed me to send the email to RCOM.[protected]@Relianceada.com. From the last one week I am trying to sent the mail on this email i.d., but i do not know what is the problem on this email id. I am surprised of this logging complaint method. when I contacted to Customer care representative again, then she told me that your request can not be entertained on telephone. you have to send email or Fax. I have send my request my Fax also on Number [protected].[protected]. My Conact Number is[protected]. Plz do the need full for the early shifting of my connection.

Please correct my name in your records, Correct name "KAILASH BABU PORWAL" and correct name was written in application form but mistake from your staff and name written in the records as kailash porwal.

The Most Customer Service... I took a connection on Nov 8 and today is Nov 26. But they have not reactivated my connection after previously disconnecting it on Nov 10 only. Anybody out there from R? Hah! Oops! How would there be someone... It is Reliance after all.

I am agree with all . I am using Reliance Broadband since 6 months, I am using the net in Night time but in Night Times also Internet connection is very slow I am taken 300 kbps I never got 300 kbps . Sometimes I am not able to get the internet (Not able to open the home page)

My request all my friends Kindly don’t take Reliance Broadband it is the WOREST In the World.

RCOM / Broadband+ Service — No Network

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using reliance broadband+ datacard from last few weeks i am having connectivity issues.
I have made complaint with reliance customer care , first on 9-11-09 & then again on , complaint no. for which is (Request ID[protected].). I was told that company will be sending their service engineers & resolve my issues within next 3 days. I received a mail, First from Mr.Rakesh Paliwal , saying issue will be resolved within next 3 days, then from MR.Rajesh Barmashe, saying that their engineers have visited my area and thier is no connectivity problem, I replied him , that none of your engineers have visited my site & I am still facing same problem.


After this I have recd. no assistance from RCOM .

It took me fifteen minutes to get connected & send you this mail after composing.
PLEASE HELP.

my broadband cus id is[protected] & my no. is 3919305 my telephone is not working from last 3 month i had complaint several times to your customer care mr.sameer $ its team but no any solution is given to us.our net also does not work continously for 4 days even and our amount is deducted from my account without taking any service we are paying bill .
so.this is our kind request either remov my connection or give me final solution within 24 hours.
sir i want to shift my internet connection from one room to another room with in the same premises.
RELIANCE BROADBAND SERVICES ARE VERY VERY POOR IN OUR REGION AT DOMBIVLI EAST, DIST:THANE, STATE: MAHARASHTRA (INDIA). I HAVE GOT B.B. CONN. BEFORE 1.5 YEAR PASSED AND UR REPRESENTATIVE PROMISED ME TO GIVE LAND LINE CONN. WITH THE SAME BUT TILL NO INSTRUMEN PROVIDED AS WELL AS SINCE LAST 1/2 MONTHS PASSED I AM NOT USING B.B. NET AFTER COMPLAINTS NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN SO FAR.

I WOULD SAY THE SERVICES R VERY VERY POOR AND I AM GOING TO DISCONTINUE THE SERVICES FROM NOW.

Reliance Broadband — Fruad waiver suggestion by customer care, changing bill in spite of cable fault & refusal to lodge complain

Dear sir,

I am using Reliance broadband at least 1year. Due to bad and interrupted network services, i lodged my st complain in 28.10.09 (complain no.[protected], thn no solution received by them. Thn i lodged the following complain :
2. 29.10.09 :[protected]
3. 04.11.09 :[protected]
4. 12.11.09 :[protected]
5. 16.11.09 :[protected]
6. 18.11.09 :[protected]
In my 6th complain i wnt to surrender my connection. Then reliance customer care representative assures that this period bill will waive off. They replace their network cable on nxt day. As 6th complain conversation, i lodged complain on 28.11.[protected] to waiv off this bill period. There was no response in next 72hour. So i lodge 8th complain again (06.12.[protected]. This time clearly decleared that this bill is ok and never waiv off (in spite of cable fault). Thn i wnt to disconnect. They assure it will done within 48hour. W whn i wnt to complain against fraud dealing, wrong billing and responsibility of cable fault, reliance customer care executive Mr. Anzal Rahman (Mumbai) denied to lodged the complain violatin consumer's legal right to lodge a complain on 9-46pm, 08.12.09 through my mobile [protected].
Sir, i want to know that why this type of company exploit the customer? Please take necessary action against this type of consumer dealing.
