[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst customer care service

I was applied for Reliance Broadband connection 25/10/2009 . I cleared all my documents However, your people after their commitment to install the connection by 27/10/2009, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, i want to Reliance office Secunderabad i check there backend my application was not summited the given receipt no [protected], Executive used my amount for personal, Executive name Kiran [protected] office people the given me Executive boss number [protected] Ramakrishna he told that Executive taken ur amount his in outstation wen he come i will send u. till date i didn't rev that boss telling me iam send u money but his also don't pickup my call, make horrible excuses I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their come give me my amount . However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse).

And even requested customer care of so many time to correct the same but no luck:)

Reliance Broadband — reliance broadband poor service & allowing recovery agents to use abusing languages

Hi Indians & chennai citizens

I would like to share my experience with reliance broad band services in chennai.we took a land line connection with broad band, intially it was working good, but after 3months it was not good.twice in a week phone will not work.So we use to give complaint to customer care. They will take min 5-10 days to solve the problem any how we have other back ups so we dont mind .we use pay monthly bill regularly. But one and half months back line got discoonected. so we contacted reliance customer care and given complaint. No one visited or no one contacted reg this , so again we made a complaint.Like this i did for 2-3 times. When ever i call they will say the previous complaint has solved. The technical peoples from my area, who has to solve the problem rather then solving the issue simply they are closing the complaint by giving false reports. Even if the net or phone is working or not we have to pay the monthly bills to reliance. last month bill came but we kept it in hold since the net is not working for 1andhalf months. peoples started call me from reliance saying i shoul pay the bill are they will take legal action, i explained the problem to each and everybody, but they started to force me for the payment. One recovery agent came on this friday and asked for the payment , i told if the problem is solved imd iam ready to pay.He promise me to give the rectify connection by evening . But evening two gundas came at night 8.30pm and started to abuse me and peoples. when i tried to explain he started to scold us very badly. So imd we planned to call the police help line , but he got escaped before the police comes.Who have given rights to come and abuse us even if he is authorized to collect money. If we are so weak he may also slap us.How cruel and stuipd. What ever law is there not even a single corporate company is ready to follow them.
******I stongly tell to peoples dont take reliance broadband connection for one month out standing if they are sending gundas and rowdies ( That to without providing service) for collection you please understand the proffesionalisim of reliance communications services. as we are in to media we have plan of releasing a press news about this. Now we understand about reliance services and what ever connections datatcards , mobile no,s with us we are going to disconnect.Next day it self we have given request to disconnect the service for our landline and broadband(Ref No:[protected].We paid the outstanding bill and we are ready to pay next month bill untill they disconnects the line. We strongly suggest peoples and all indians dont take reliance connection in any form , we already faced they problem the next could be you.
Dear Reliance Broadband Forum,

I am a customer of Reliance Broadband prepaid services.
My Broadband ID is[protected] and my combo Phone No. is[protected].

I could not use my Reliance Broadband internet connection for over 3 months for personal reasons. Now 2 months ago I decided to use it as earlier. But I discovered that there is no connection in my modem, no lights are flashing except the power LED and there was no dial-tone at my land phone. I contacted my LBA (M/S. Tarama Communication, Ranaghat, Nadia, W.B.). The LBA told me that due to inactivity for over a period of 3 months the “grace period” could be over or my connection ID might have been “churned” or my “port” has been suspended from Reliance Broadband Mumbai head-quarter.
He told that nothing could be done from his end. He advised me to contact Reliance Customer Care.
As my own connection is not working I contacted the Customer Care Dept. several times from my friend’s phone. They lodged my complains and gave meComplaint No(s).
But nothing happened. No one visited my home and solved my problem.
Then again I went to the LBA for help. They told me that I have to apply for new ID. But I want to use my old ID. Why should I have to apply for new connection?
I again contacted the customer care over phone. They told me that first I have to recharge my account, then my problem will be solved. So I purchased a Rs. 333/- monthly recharge voucher and tried to recharge my Reliance Broadband account. But I got the message
“Invalid, damaged, used or lost PIN ”. I reported this matter to the Customer Care .

What should I do now ? I am in a fix.
I eagerly seek your help.

Yours faithfully,

Mr. Shamik Ghosh

Hi dear sir/mam

Even after submitting complaint with customer care and consumercomplaints there is no proper response from reliance side . we requested for line disconnection but still reliance broadband is taking it very slightly and not taking our request for disconnection. We need reliance to disconnect our land line service with imd effect. If reliance want money, we are ready to pay, but reliance thinking very smart. we are ready take this problem to consumer court if reliance is not responding. how stupidly reliance is behaving ..we strongly suggest peoples to learn from us and please dont take connection from reliance in any form, they will put you in vein
The service never ever i had been faced earlier. These reliance pupils sometimes cheat their customer by not returning the installation amont even if they cancelled the connection without receiving connections, my kind advice to you pupils is to not to go for reliance and i suggest you the choice of airtel.

Reliance Broadband Netconnect + — Bill for no service

Bill for the period o[censored]nilateral suspension of services by Relaince

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a reliance broadband + modem in December 2009( No. [protected]) and it was functional till Aug 02 2010.

This connection was activated only after completion of all necessary modallities such as payments, submission of copy of reliance energy bill(a sister concern of theirs) for address proof, copy of photo ID card, signed photo at SAP INFOCOM,Jogehwari(E),Mumbaia reliance world franchisee) and visit of a person who claims to be sent from reliance communications for physical address verification. My family is residing at the address mentioned in their bill , I am receiving regular bills honestly by reliance communications at this address and these are paid to also till date.My last upto date bill payment was on 19th aug 2010 and last date for payemnt of this bill is 28th of august 2010.- No outstanding dues.

On and after 2nd August 2010, services for this broadband was was suspended without intimation to me(Customer). After my repeated attempts during this period and finally on 19th of august, I called reliance customer care ( complaint no.[protected] who informed me this issue willl be resolved within three hours. This issue was resolved for next 2 days after which I again lodged complaint with reliance customer care( complaint no.[protected] from whom I came to know that, my broadband connection services are suspended due to negative address verification!

As this issue was not resolved, I chose to terminate this connection and on 26.08.2010 ,I asked reliance for termination of this coonection (Complaint no.[protected])as there are many other better or faster services are available in market.Till today(20.09.2010), I have received no communication regarding termination though period set by reliance for this is big 15 days.

Grievance : As the services were suspended by reliance unilaterally without bothering to inform me regarding suspension of services or the reason for suspension of services over any of the channels such as mobile,e-mail Id,my residential address which they are having in their database, is not reliance is duty bound to inform their customers before or after suspension of the services?. It came to light only after my repeated copmplaints to reliance customer care.Till today(20th Sept 2010) this connection is still inactive and reliance is asking me to submit all the credentials once again.

As customers like me are away from any reliance world and away from home for re-submission of these credentials, is it not a cheating and lying with the customers by suspending services for vague and ficticious reasons , and not addressing this issue even after 50 days!

Even though these services were disabled by Reliance themselves on 02.08.2010, reliance has raised one more bill of Rs 235.00(Relationship no. [protected],bill no.[protected] and sent to my address where they claim services were suspended for want of address verification.

When I visited reliance mobile store (SAP Infocom,Jogeshwari(E),Mumbai, they showed me they have promptly submitted all my documents to reliance as it was showing-Status column of database - "Received at cluster." and also found one ficticious e-mail ID N.N.[protected]@gmail.com which is not given by me(Reliance can dig up my application and see on whose handwriting it is reflected in the application).

Now reliance has sent 2nd bill for the period during which serviecs were withdrawn from them. These
acts by reliance disturbs my peace and I request concerned authorities at reliance to return my one month advance(Rs 750/-) which they have levied in my first bill and Rs 2,299/- towards cost of the modem
as it was bought just eight months back and reliance is defaulter during every stage of series of misdeeds committed by them.

I request concerned reliance authorities for a written reply to this mail, as my earlier mails to customer care, nodal officer and appellate authority( ! ) were not responed so far.

I am prepared to come to any court with all the necessary credentials and history if reliance so wishes.

Narendra N Pai,
An agrrieved customer of reliance customer
