[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst customer care service

I was applied for Reliance Broadband connection 25/10/2009 . I cleared all my documents However, your people after their commitment to install the connection by 27/10/2009, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, i want to Reliance office Secunderabad i check there backend my application was not summited the given receipt no [protected], Executive used my amount for personal, Executive name Kiran [protected] office people the given me Executive boss number [protected] Ramakrishna he told that Executive taken ur amount his in outstation wen he come i will send u. till date i didn't rev that boss telling me iam send u money but his also don't pickup my call, make horrible excuses I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their come give me my amount . However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse).

Reliance Broadband are Frauds and Cheats

They donot give service. Most of the times Reliance Broadband Wireline Connection is down in Gurgaon. Their customer care and field staff donot respond. But still they send high bills. The customer has to run after them on a conituous basis - first for complaint correction and then to get the bill corrected.

I will not advise anyone to take Reliance Broadband service. It is pathetic and so is the attitude of all their staff - including customer care, billing department, local field staff, etc.
Reliance Broadband is the worst service provider company and should be totally banned. This company's policy is to [censored] the customer and make money.

I had applied for net connection in June 2009, after verification and payment of subscription fee, they took 15 days to give me the connection. Fed up with their poor service, got another service provider in April 2010 and settled my account and returned their phone and modem.These shameless are still sending me a bill of Rs.39/- every month upto this date, stating that they forgot to include some charges in their final bill, which I have already paid.

Reliance Broadband — Very Poor service

I got a reliance brioadband connection on 2nd dec.

On 17th Dec, In just 15 days the connection stopped working....

They have a standard reason to tell everyone
"There is a firbre optic cable cut and the repairs are on..we are unable to get permissions to dif the area"....

After calling for 15 days ,,,,still nobody came at my place or no positive response came......
by some miracle the connection started working on 5th Jan.......

Just 1 week and the connection has stopped working again............................
from 12th Jan.... i have raised 3-4 tickets.....
everytime your polite customer care representive says that a representative will come to my place in 24 hours......
Then they close the request saying that there was no problem from the server end....................

After escalating they give the standard reason to tell everyone

I have used Airtel bradband in the past for 1 year.
There was no complaint in the 1 year o[censored]se...............

Guys Never buy a Reliance Broadband fixed line connection................Please take a note

Reliance Broadband — Didn't get service till 10 days

Dear Sir,
I undersigned Deep Shah complaint you for didn't get reliance broadband service and did not get proper answer about my complaints...
Someone told me that they had not cable wire for my connection and when i called him he told me they surely done my connection tomorrow. But there is no tomorrow in his work.
I had already made payment of rs. 500. Please please get me feedback about the same.

am applying for new broadband connection for this date 02/02/2011 and i was sadmet
election id proeff card and home bank loan adders proeff and Gas connection Xerox for

perff but your marketing person not giving to me any broadband and no any verification call no

I`m using broadband service from Reliance Communication from more than 1 year, I`ve logged 2 complaints for same issue.First complaint took almost 8~10 days to get resolved and again within couple of days same issue arose.Complaint have been logged and till now issue remains the same.I took Reliance because of organisation and name with expectations of good and prompt services from customer support.I had trust and faith in services provided which is diminishing and almost lost.Hope to gain trust and faith back ASAP.

Reliance Broadband — Billing started even before i get installation

I have applied for a broadband connection to my house as use it as my office on 17th Nov, 2010 and paid Rs.500/- as advance in the same day. The agent told me the connection will be ready within one week. I was proposed to start the office by 1st of December. When i enquied about the connection after one week, i got the responce that the cable coming to my house is damaged and since it has to be replaced and it needs time. Till 15th Dec, there were no responce from them and so i have started my office in another place and i got an immediate connection from another provider and i have informed the reliance agent the same and asked to postpond my connection for two months in that time i can buy a new computer in the house. On the 23rd of Dec, one of the reliance men called me and said me that the connection is ready to installation, and i repeated the same that the computers which i bought for office purposes has been shifted to new office and i have to buy a new computer for house and i need two months time for that and i also told them that if they cannot hold my installation for two months, then return the advance i paid now and cancel the booking and i will book again when i buy a new computer. Then after one month i got Reliance Bill in post. and when i asked them they are saying that the papers after installation was submitted in their office and someone has put my signature. Me or anyone in my house know about it. No cable is installed till today. And still they are saying the second bill is ready to be printed.

Reliance Broadband — Worst Speed and pathetic service

Hi,

I am Abhinav Chauhan and have been using Reliance Netconnect 3.1MBPS (No. is [protected], Model: EC1260). Since it's inception, I've been complaining about the speed to the customer care that my speed hardly crosses 30-40KBPS but have never ever received any response. Finally, I decided to discontinue the same and thus informed the customer care and they asked me few details including the payment of bill. The final bill was already payed (Nov'10). Since then, I've never used their services but they are again and again calling me to pay the new bills. When I've informed the customer care about the discontinuation of services and have cleared the final bill then why haven't they disconnected my services and are billing me up even when I am not using their services???? Pls help..

Reliance Broadband — Connection not provided after booking

I am Pannalal Sinha. I applied for Reliance Wireline Broadband on 01-Mar-2011 and have given them Rs. 500/-. At the time of booking they assured that the connection would be provided within 4 working days. But today it is the 15th day and the connection is still not provided. Everytime I call customer care, the agents always say that they will forward the matter to the concerned department and will call me back. But till date, nothing happened. I don't know what to do.

Reliance — No Connectivity even after 4-5 complaints

NO CONNECTIVITY
I took a Reliance Wimax connection in the month of Feb'11 and since the first day I am facing the problem of Low connectivity. I have even called reliance broadband customer care and their executive came to rectify the issue, and as soon as he left my place the connection got failed.

This is my 5th complain against Reliance Wimax and now I dont want this connection any more.
Please help me in getting my deposited money back as I have received connection only for 8-10 days since the day of installation and I believe that this will be taken seriously.
