[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst customer care service

I was applied for Reliance Broadband connection 25/10/2009 . I cleared all my documents However, your people after their commitment to install the connection by 27/10/2009, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, i want to Reliance office Secunderabad i check there backend my application was not summited the given receipt no [protected], Executive used my amount for personal, Executive name Kiran [protected] office people the given me Executive boss number [protected] Ramakrishna he told that Executive taken ur amount his in outstation wen he come i will send u. till date i didn't rev that boss telling me iam send u money but his also don't pickup my call, make horrible excuses I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their come give me my amount . However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse).

My name is Rahul From Kerala.. im using 2 internet connection in home one tata photon + and one Reliance Broadband + .. ( both are 2GB plan) wen i was in Bangalore... i hav used my tata photon only that time reliance has used by my brother only after tht i came here from b'lore since last month i hav started using this reliance connection .. im a blogger so usually i use the net for uploding and downloadin the pics in net so i got rs 1500 or some time rs 1700 only from tata photon my usage is around 2.2 gb or somthing only .. but now i hav got ur bill that i used 4.2 Gb in this month .. wat the [censored]in people u r ?? connection log showing that i only used 2.3 GB used in this last Month but ur bill showing 4.2 GB.. how come ??? 3 days b4 connection was cutdown automatically... 5 days b4 i hav downloaded one software of 200MB from a website and i can say my usage is only around 2.3 or maximum 2.4 GBs ...

I gonna Cut down my reliance broadband ... i can say u r the most cunning and worst Service providers in this world ...

I hve registerd an request of termination in relaince services from last ten days but no action has'nt been taken by reliance to resolve an issue!
Many reliance executives called me up but jst they tlk like rubbish & still the connnection has not terminated!
if this typpe of fialure happens reliance broadband then wht we can accept from other services!

Reliance Broadband Rs. 499 / - Plan — Not able to access few websites

The day i installed the Net connection from Reliance(05.04.2011),i couldnt able to surf few websites like yahoo,Gmail,Rediffmail etc.
I had lodged many complaints against my net problem so many times,no use.
I got a call twice from Reliance when i am out of Home,I requested them give me call after stipulated time...No call from them.

If you fail to address my problem,i will surrender the reliance broadband kit and return my money back.
Address my problem soon.
This is to inform you that I have reliance broadband connection, and it is not working properly it is slow and disconnection problem is coming in it. It is coming since I have taken the connection. I have made the complaint earlier in customer care but no response have come . My connection No. is [protected]. kindly see to this matter.When i got this connection ustomer service sayed the net speed min 3.2 mbps but the net given 130to 200kbs fast i feel very bad because of purching this net connition u people are bleming coustmors please rectify my problum and solve plz otherwise disconnect this

Reliance are Thieves, Fraudsters, Burglars and Con Artists. They sent me a wrong bill of over $7100 and don't want to admit that they made a mistake.,

Their system that calculates the data usage is wrong. Their system under my services display my usage as 162 mb in 10 days while i received a bill of 11gb usage in 10 days. They are misleading their customers. Keep away from them.

Their customer service is horrible and they do not look after their customers. I have netconnect+ broadband. It keeps dropping few times every hour.

I have used tata photo+ before and had no problem with them. The only reason i chose reliance was due to fast speed but after receiving fraudulent bills and horrible customer service i am never going to use them or recommend them to anyone.

Also try contacting their nodal officers to resolve the issue and they won't even return your call.

The whole reliance business is based on ripping customers off and then taking them to court when they don't pay the wrong bill. Stay Awayyy!!!

I have proof that they have charged me wrong as i have purcahsed a software that calculates all internet usage on my computer and my usage is no way near the usage that was in my bill sent by reliance.

Reliance Broadband — Illegal demand

I had a connection of reliance broadband (subscriber id-[protected])and the service was terminated on my request from 15/12/2010 and final bill payment of Rs.178 was paid by me as per the bill sent by Reliance broadband and there was no further pending bill amount there. I was also informed thru mail that instrument will be collected by the reliance people and in case of non deliver of instrument Rs.1250 will be charged. Though I have sent mail for collecting the instrument but no one came to collect the same.After that to my surprise I got one bill in February in which Rs. 1103 was charged as 'one time charge' as mentioned in the bill and no clarification was given for the same when I told I have paid all pending amount and now again & again relaince people threatening me over mobile to pay the bill otherwise they will take legal action.

Please look into the matter and save me from harassment.

I am using broadband service from Reliance Communication from past one year. i m facing frequent problem of losing network. Recently my network connection has lost for past THREE weeks, I have complaint several times to costumer care, still the problem is not been solved. From first day i am pursuing about this problem with R-Care, and each time R-Care said that they are forwarding my complaint to higher priority to their technical group. But it seems that there is no responce from technical group.Once they sent technical person he doesn't know anything to solve the problem. Yesterday ie:4 may 2011 i have given for a request for terminating the connection.

I faced so many issue before, regarding the phone and it takes 1month to solve the problem

I like to have a reliance net connection, the scheme is very good, and heard of the service too, i contacted reliance person and they told me that there are no connectivity in my area, not only me but many o[censored]s in our area wishes to have reliance connectivity (more than 20 residence), so please do the needfull to provide connectivity to our area ASAP.

Reliance Broadband — regarding shifting of phone

This is Dinesh Mishra from noida Prop. of OM SAI TOOLING SOLUTION D-12, SEC-9, NOIDA, here actually i am feddup with RELIANCE service. I requested for change location on 19th april and to day is 9th may but still there is no any action regarding this. no any wire men came for fitting nor any executive came to check the location. Is this the service you providing to your customers. Due to this I am getting big loss as no my customer able to connect with me with this no. If you are not able to change the location then please informe me as soon as possible so that I may go for the option with Airtel landline connection.
I too paid rs 500 for Relaince wired connection at Visakhapatnam on Feb 17th 2011. They did not setup the connection and I asked for refund. This is a worst service. Youbroadband is good. Atleast they will follow up whether issue is resolved or not.
I had purchase Reliance Netconnect on 28.04.2011 Thur Vriti Infocom Pvt ltd Noida -UP, with the Receipt no.666 and Kit no. [protected]

My connection activated on 29.04.2011 and renning smoothly but from 11 May 2011 onward my call warded becasue of some another people Mr. Pawan Sharma a/c no. [protected] having defalter with Rs.946.00 in the year 2007-8 and his Mobile number [protected] ( Given me by Customer care Reliance )

I use the same address because this is my working company address- C22 / 28 sect-57, Noida UP and company also using so many reliacne stick device with the same address but Reliance not taken any action.

Why reliacne taken action against me I am not defalter of reliance I am taken net connetion for my personnel use and my profile is diffrent my date of birth is also not matching with defalter .

Please do not go for reliance broadband. They have worst customer care service. Why give you a lot of trouble while closing the connection. Once you request to close the connection they take 15 days to close the connection and you will be charged for that period as well.

I have to call they several times to close my connection. This is really frustrating.

Reliance Broadband — Excessive billing

I am using the reliance broadband (My Subscriber Number [protected]) from last 8 months. My plane is 3GB day (6am to 10pm) and 10 GB night (10pm to 6 am). I am paying the bill amount (for the last 8 month[protected]discount) = 849+tax = 979.00approx. I am using this connection for mail checking purpose. Suddenly I got the bill amount of 5100.00Rs in this month (i.e. may 2011). This is shocking for me . How can my usage exceed up to this? Since I am the only user for this connection. I got the bill and it is mentioned that apart from my 3GB and 10 GB, I used 7 GB extra. (This is not at all possible considering the reliance internet speed!!!)
Mostly my usage will increase on Sat and Sunday. Whole week I am in office.
Note: Usually Reliance use to send the weekly usage report to my mail id. But unfortunately the week in which my usage was increased (as stated in bill) for that particular week they didn’t send the weekly usage report. And when I enquired about that, then Reliance broadband is saying me there was problem in their system so they couldn’t send the weekly usage report for that particular week. So my question is if there is problem in system for weekly usage report then there might be problem in bill generation.
Please help me out. Tell me what action I can take against them? How should I go ahead now...?

Reliance Broadband Company — Regarding taking extra bill

I Prakash Chandra , have taken the broadband connection in Kanpur city nearly in month of May 2008 and surrender the connection nearly in month of Nov.2008 and submit all thing like modem, phone on[protected] and taken their submit receipts. Then after on 13 march 2010, a advocate of patiala house court call me that u have not paid the reliance bill of Rs. 2997 and regarding this reliance company file a case of 420 etc. and threat me many types and said that nonwarantable order will be be issue and may be problem in your govt. job and if you pay the bill with in 1 hr. the company will withdraw the case. At that time, I was out of station but any how I deposit the bill within hour on reliance web world, while I have paid all the bills earlier. Regarding taken extra bill I have given the application in broadband office, civil lines ,Kanpur and also call to customer care and register my complain regarding this and they said me that they will contact/call me after 7 days but no person of company contact me and I have given many reminder (15-20 times) then after a person of company call me that we have resolve ur problem and accept their company fault and assure me that ur money will be given back after two month. But till today my money have not been returned to me and if I call on customer care and contact to broand band office of kanpur they said me that we could not do regarding this and e- mail your problem to company. I have e mail so many times and remind but they do not give response. So this is my problem and i expect that you try to solve my problem and my money will be return to me. The worst tech service I had ever seeen. I requested for the transfer of connection on 31st may. One of the executives said that they will contact me in 3-4 days.. Nothing had been done. I called the customer service around 10 times till now but of no use. Finallly I got their services terminated.
