[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst customer care service

I was applied for Reliance Broadband connection 25/10/2009 . I cleared all my documents However, your people after their commitment to install the connection by 27/10/2009, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, i want to Reliance office Secunderabad i check there backend my application was not summited the given receipt no [protected], Executive used my amount for personal, Executive name Kiran [protected] office people the given me Executive boss number [protected] Ramakrishna he told that Executive taken ur amount his in outstation wen he come i will send u. till date i didn't rev that boss telling me iam send u money but his also don't pickup my call, make horrible excuses I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their come give me my amount . However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse).

Reliance — Plan Changing

i told the sales man to put me on king699 combo plan but they made the mistake and put me to surf addiction500kbps plan and i call to the sales man to change me to king699 combo plan from 3 days but no response from your side..i just wait for 2 days to change my plan if your people not do this then i change my broadband to airtel. what a poor service in reliance very shame.....

Reliance — Applied for the new connection, 15 days over no connection

i have applied for the new connection in bellandur area and given the money and documents. i got a mail from reliance in which they have changed my plan from 1499rs to 1199rs and even they have not called me for the connection. i have sent numerous mails and phone calls to them in the last 15 days but they are only saying that they have forwarded my request and concerned team will call me but no body has called me. my details are:

Reliance Broadband Netconnection — i am being billed for the tariff that i did not subscribe

Sir/Madam,

I am using reliance wireless net connect(USB Modem) for more than a year. I have subscribed for 938 Rs unlimited plan, the promised speed was 256kbps I have never seen such speed while surfing. I realized that I was paying a 1000 RS every month for a very poor internet connection, so I talked to the customer care to change my plan to 400 Rs limited. The person to whom I spoke got the request registered and said a field executive will get the details for the tariff change. I was told by the executive who came to my door, that the plan change would reflect in the bill after a month time. This happened five months back, but still I get the bills for the old plan (986 RS including tax). I reminded them every time when I see the bill for the old plan 938 RS but I get the reply saying it will get reflected in the next bill cycle. So I did not pay the bill last month resulting in deactivation of the service. I got the bill for his month as well for the amount RS 2260 (bill for two months) along with a notice, warning me to pay the bill as soon as possible. I have all the proofs for this tariff change request. Please take action on this.

Reliance wimax is fraud as well, they never transfers old plan customers address and says connectivity is not there. Actually connectivity is there, if you purchase plan of 1500 or 2K rs then they have GREAT connectivity but not for 1000 rs plans. What the [censored]?

Reliance business is fraud and their customer care, area manager & nodal officer gives FAKE information regarding technical issues because they don't want to support old customers because of wimax loss and device unavailability. Go to hell!

Meanwhile i will say, reliance wimax works very fine and i am too satisfied but reliance don't want me to use it, so sad !

I have not use net from my mobile on 31/01/2012.Then why you have debuct RS 448 from my main balance in just 15 minutes.I have checked my balance at 915 pm it is RS 448 after 15 mintues it is 0.80 ?????After my many calls to you you are not given satsfactory result to me with any proof .

I am P.Nagarajan and also share the same problem with Reliance broadband connectivity. I reside at Pollachi and took Reliance broadband connectivity a year ago, with full year payment for 24 hours unlimited broadband connection. things were alright for the first 6 months and then all became topsy turvy. Reliance has not established any power back backup systems, so forget the broadband connection when our beloved TNEB switches off, 12 hours a day in Pollachi. Customercare and their appellate authorities pleaded helplessness as they dont have allocation to install gensets to ensure power supply 24 hours to their local exchanges. worst was to come from mid Jan '12 when the connectivity will go off even when the power is available and totally stopped by Jan end. My repeated complaints (more than 12 complaints in 2 months) to reliance customercare and their appellate authorities did not do any good and i gave up, as i had better things to do and didnt want to shamelessly hearing them saying the connectivity will be restored in 24 times promptly, which never happened. And believe me, when i call again the next day, they had the audacity to tell me that the connection has been rectified and working satisfactorily as per their record. Alas, my repeated complaints fell on deaf ears and Reliance had no shame to remain quiet. When i was asked to pay for the next one year period to ensure sustained connectivity, i requested them to terminate my service altogether and once again i was asked the reasons for termination request. So, if you owe any money to Reliance or Mr.Ambani or his forefathers, and loose your peach of mind in the process, i urge you to take broadband connection from Reliance, but dont expect anything in return but for lies and more lies. All is well. enjoy.

Reliance — never attending customer call

Customer care not attend my call and if they attend my call they put my call on hold they can't solve my problem

Till today i did not get any response from your side who can explain me that how this bill is generated. I am fed up by sending mails on your reliance customer care and complaint mail ids so i will not send further any mails on your any mail id. Interestingly i received 10-12 calls from your billing department and everyone says that your 813/- rupees bill is pending and when i ask them to open bill and let me know why it does not show 2500/- rupees three month advance payment which i did not on 9th jul 2012 (see attached file) and from where it shows 1124/- payment which i never did then they all were speechless and said that their department is different and don't know about this. It's strange that you hire too many parrots to just say one line "Your bill is pending". You should learn from Idea they have automated system who speaks this one line :)

And i notice that my number [protected] stops working since 17 Aug 2012. It's strange that no body tell me before stopping this number and as per my 3 month advance 2500 rupees payment on 9th jul 2012, it should work till 9 oct 2012. And you should tell me if you are stopping this before date.

And interestingly today i get another version of bill 813/- rupees bill for [protected] number which was previously for my old number [protected] :)
It seems you guys are suffering from serious management crisis and your management either need rest or help. They don't know what's happening and their is no coordination between different departments.

Let me know if anyone can help me to explain all these bills ?

i m using reliance broadband internet for last month and its not work proprly...maine kai complents ki but koi solutn nai kiya ja raha and mera net 30 days mai se sirf 10 days chala he or vo bi pure din mai 2-4 hours
and pehle to unhone modem purana lagya sari fiting mai jod laga laga ke taar puri ki or ab jub mai custmr care call karta hu to vo hr bar ysaho kehte he sir apke area mai network outage he isliye ap wait kijiye 2 gante mai theek ho jayege 4 gante mai theek ho jayge but still nothing ...plz help me

Hi,

This is Umashankar Sivaraman here, with a subscriber id of[protected]. I have a reliance broadband fixed line connection starting in February.
I am totally unhappy with the service of reliance, as the connection did not last for even a month. From 1st march I was not able to use the Internet, as it was not working. I had given a complaint(complaint no. is[protected]. However I did not get any response from reliance, in spite of me calling the customer care repeatedly for 5 days. Then a technician had called and he told me that the entire cable is not there in the backside of my house, where it is connected. Then after repeated calling to him, at least 6 times, he came only day before(12 march 2013) and connected the cable. I got the Internet for exactly 4 hours and then again it got disconnected.

Totally i have called customer care 16 times on the same and the reply was very very hard, without any service mentality or professionalism. They do not provide any ETA for the issue and they don't have the data also, that the cable is connected. They still claim, that the cable is not connected and the server is a problem. If I talked about bill waiver, they had told that I need to pay this entire bill and once the complaint is fixed, the bill waiver will happen. But they are not ready to give ETA for the complaint.

I am totally frustrated with this experience and repeated calling to reliance. I thought reliance is a international brand and fell for it.

I am not sure, how to proceed and get good service from reliance. I am planning to go to the consumer court for this worst service, so that I can get a compensation and my advance back
