[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst customer care service

I was applied for Reliance Broadband connection 25/10/2009 . I cleared all my documents However, your people after their commitment to install the connection by 27/10/2009, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, i want to Reliance office Secunderabad i check there backend my application was not summited the given receipt no [protected], Executive used my amount for personal, Executive name Kiran [protected] office people the given me Executive boss number [protected] Ramakrishna he told that Executive taken ur amount his in outstation wen he come i will send u. till date i didn't rev that boss telling me iam send u money but his also don't pickup my call, make horrible excuses I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their come give me my amount . However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse).

I am highly dissatisfied with the reliance broadband services and the customer support they provide,
My internet gets disconnected very frequently for hours and sometimes for days, I have raised complaints several time but no resolution,
even I have asked them to terminate the connection but some stupid relationship officers call after some days and say the issue has been resolved but don't give any reason for that, they assure you that this would not happen again and guess what the next your internet is gone again, I am just sick off this reliance internet connection.
Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to inform you that I am using reliance GSM sim mobile number [protected].On 5th September 2013 10:50 pm the amount was charged of Rs 10.00 from my current balance but again i got a waived off message of Rs 1.00. on 5th September 2013 17:19 pm.Then again i got a revert from your end that the amount has been refunded for VAS CRBT prepaid Rs 4.00.Can you please explain about the extra deduction?.Balance deduction was Rs 10.00 & refunded amount amount was Rs.5.00.

I request to send my extra refunded amount back.Make sure that you don't charge any thing extra again.I had already activated my DND service on my number & hope it will be activated soon and i' ll get relief from you stupid messages and calls.My request number is [protected]. It is my humble request not to send my further messages on my mobile other wise i am gone take it on high priority.

Secondly, i need a revert back on my refunded amount.

Reliance Broadband — no refund has been done to my payment

i have applied for reliance broadband.the exexutive took cheque of 1458/- rupees which was debited from my account.after few days reliance executive told me that reliance cable was not available in you area.hence, amount would be refunded to you. it has been a month and i have received no refund from reliance.

This is the worst customer service i've ever seen. I got reliance broadband connection 1 week ago but called the customer service 3 times minimum a day, the network is the worst.

As I am a broadband customer since last many years, but now a days the worst of worst services served by the brand named as Reliance.
I found many unsatisfactory values in your systems.

Your customer centres always found busy with heavy call does that means that in all over India Reliance Broadband service is worst so customer has to complaints.

Yes, that's the true part because I am also the customer who is getting daily complaints logged and the bloody service providers try to make fool out of customers.

Even the customer care executive named "Dinesh Nadar" is one of the most in indiscipline person may be you have more person which have no sence to how to communicate with customers

The senior persons use to made the customer misguide with the miscommunication and also there are many complaints which are closed without any confirmations from customers.

And main issue of Reliance that the worst communication channel inside own organization. A simple example My broadband connection is totally in closed condition since last 1.5 months and I am regularly falloffs for resolution but as till now no any action has been taken but the Bill fill generated on exact date, what a is this customer has been committed for getting service within 24 hrs but not any service has been provided that does not make any difference to you but generating bill is as per commitments. blunder system.

As a customer I am writing this mail with copy to Consumer forums. I need to have following information:
1 - All my complains number, date of complaints, status, date of resolution of last six months.
2 - I also required to have log graph generated on my modem with proper date and time. for my modem number.
3 - Name of you engineers who visited to resolve my issues.
4 - And all the duration deduction in my bill amount the days my connection is out of order.
5 - I need to have voice recordings for Last month complaints and communication with all your executives.

This all informations I required is must if you are not able to provide give me a valid reason for the same because this all is my Right to Information according to customer.

One of the worst customer services ! I Applied Reliance Broadband 999 plan plus 200 is for registration fee per month, so i allready pay the 1200 but till today not working this is a Big scam Scam Scam Scam Scam!
Hey guys... you can see the number of complaints i have lodged. There is no customer support at all…do not go for reliance, if you want to experience such a pathetic service, you are welcome to reliance.
Whenever you call customer care to inquire about the status of a complaint, you get to listen that the complaint is rectified and closed. Beware of reliance staff they come invisibly to your house and rectify the issue. You and your family members will not be aware that they have visited your house and rectified the issue but the internet connection does not work. You make n number of calls they don’t respond but the bill will be generated in time and they will start irritating you for any nonpayment of bill. After having a very clear and good record of bill payments am in disguise where and whom to approach????????

Hi,

My reliance broadband connection wasnt working from past 25 days, I already raised service request around 10 - 15 times but Still they didnt fix it.They kept giving reasons like "wire cut, some major issue going on in your area, we will resolve issue in high priority", but nothing happened. i asked them to terminate the connection but nobody responding to it.donno wat to do if they keep sending bills :(
