[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst customer care service

I was applied for Reliance Broadband connection 25/10/2009 . I cleared all my documents However, your people after their commitment to install the connection by 27/10/2009, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, i want to Reliance office Secunderabad i check there backend my application was not summited the given receipt no [protected], Executive used my amount for personal, Executive name Kiran [protected] office people the given me Executive boss number [protected] Ramakrishna he told that Executive taken ur amount his in outstation wen he come i will send u. till date i didn't rev that boss telling me iam send u money but his also don't pickup my call, make horrible excuses I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their come give me my amount . However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse).

not allowing to port to another network

My number is [protected]. I have been with reliance 2 years.Due to some problems I am porting to another network. But they are not allowing to move to another network. Even I am calling to customer care they are not responding.

PUK code for my sim

sir, by mistake my phone is blocked, now it asking for PUK code plz send me my PUK number. my mobile number is [protected].

i purchased a data card and from second mnth data speed is very the third month totally tower was gone so irequested them to refund the amount but thet dint..plz asssist me..

Reliance company cheats customers.. suddenly they called up and says that they are going to stop cdma services and need to purchase new 4g dongal from them.. is their any of company management tell me who will bear cost of my old cdma device which I was purchased in 1500

What the hell is going reliance .. you cheaters ..The company which only help the customer in loss. 2-3000rs per month..Leading to most degraded company ..They lie us to recover the connection
..It's a greatest mistake of mine who adopted for such a disgust ..
I will soon go to higher authority to complain..
