[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst customer care service

I was applied for Reliance Broadband connection 25/10/2009 . I cleared all my documents However, your people after their commitment to install the connection by 27/10/2009, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, i want to Reliance office Secunderabad i check there backend my application was not summited the given receipt no [protected], Executive used my amount for personal, Executive name Kiran [protected] office people the given me Executive boss number [protected] Ramakrishna he told that Executive taken ur amount his in outstation wen he come i will send u. till date i didn't rev that boss telling me iam send u money but his also don't pickup my call, make horrible excuses I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their come give me my amount . However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse).

I have reliance broadband connection with a landline. The actual speed that I get is approximately wavering between 200 - 240 KBPS. However, the speedometer provided on the reliance broadband website states download speed around 11000 KBPS. I am failing to understand which is the correct one. As per the reliance speedometer, my download should have been completed in few minutes. However the actuals that I am getting is way too low which states that the download will be completed in 5 hours. I believe that they need to check their speedometer which run's like an autorickshaw's speedometer without covering any distance. I have also lodged a formal complaint in the past as well and no satisfactory response has been received. I just do not understand how many false promises are made before bringing up such a gigantic empire by RELIANCE. Please sort out your Broadband and mobile phone problems before venturing into any new market. Or please develop a strong customer service center which is able to escalate issues like these so that a corrective action is taken which I do not think is being followed by reliance.

am useing TATAINDICOM wireless brodband from last 2 months
the connection instal by 09/04/2009 from the date with in a month i regestred 6 complents
for every complent they took 24 hours
so last month i changed my home
for shifting they again they r asking another 500 rs
intialy i paid 3300
from last 20 days am not using the brodband from TATAINDICOM but they r again charged 1103rs
as this month bill
now wat i have to do

also i got loss in my bussiness from this brodband

like this worst service i never seen

Reliance Broadband — cheating in selling the card

I baught the broadband card as soon as it was launched in Lucknow and salesman came running to sale this card to me. He told me about the terms and conditions e.g. 2 months free bundle offer and 400+tax for 80 hours in a month.( no mention of limit of download!) 2 months later a person called me that I am overdue for payment of bills! When I confronted them then they said that what ever I was promised was for normal data card!!! nor for broadband card ( unfortunately I did not know about this) and of 80 hours even with normal data card, one is allowed 40 hours in the day time and 40 hours in the night time.
This was the sale gimmick to fool customer and the person I called at reliance agreed to that? sales person had to meet the target!
When I showed my anguish then they just stopped the service on the basis of nonpayment of bills though I never got any bills and nobody called me once I purchased the card about the details of the service.
Such a reputed company is involved in such kind of petty things to increase the sale!!!
I called senior personnel but of no avail.
Reliance ! on what ? on whom?

This is to inform you guys that i have made a payment of 500 rps through Cheque on 31 march 09. and it hasbeen clear from mmy account frm 4th april 09. but till date 7-july-09 its not updated in y account.. i have submit aal the details for this but i hvant got any positive response or nor the correction in my account. and on regularly basis i had disconnecion of my land line and net on regularly basis. now i dnt wana continue to this any more. send me my full and final payment... and no more retention calls from your side..

I dont find words to say against the worst customer support by reliance., i think who are all working only for money, no humanity, no sympathi., no responsibility, this is the worst and hapish customer support compared to tata indicom and airtell broad band., they have given USB moden locking facility, but themselves doesn't know how to open the unit, how to get it unlocked., what the hell this facility they have provided i couldn't able to understand., and moreever the persons whom i contacted go get this fixed . they are not good for any thing in this world i say., they are even worst than indian politicians... atleast politicians come to public for election time... this persons i used to call., and giving complaint every day, i feel, its better to start theft station as unlike "police station" by reliance., where only complaints are taken but no sulution will be given., 1 way communication that buggers would like to have .,
hi, i have bought one reliance broadband net connection on date 17th may 2009 with receipt number [protected] and paid cash amount 3500 INR to diadem infocomm. located at 1/3 vaibhav khand Indirapuram, Ghaziabad 201301 UP . India.
after that, company send verification guy for address proof, first time we deposit the pan card photocopy on 18th may 2009, after wards i come to know that they give negative verification. again on 23rd may 2009 they come for second time verification and this time they took the driving license copy with company stamp.
again they make negative verfication. then on 25th i went to the vendor shop where i bought this USB for internet connection. this guys refuse to refund the 3500 INR. he said this money submitted to reliance company. as i have lost 5 days without internet connection and loss of lots of work due to this. now if even they want to activate i dont want such services where they dont care for customer. i want they should pay my refund and work loss amount.
please help how i can complaint about this company. i am attaching the same receipt and application from vendor where i bought that he cannot refund .

I too had applied for Reliance Broadband connection, for which my account has been debited for installation charges and there is no follow up call from any of the person from Relicance. i tried calling them and scolded with words of abuse which all were there in my dictionary. Finally i had writted to the Rishi Gaekwad - Head - Western Region - reliance communications. Lets c what he will do. I am ready to approach consumer forum - since I had taken it in writting from the sales rep. that the installion charges will be debited only after connection is activated. - Let me know if any other person can be contacted to screw reliance.- Dipen [protected]
