[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst customer care service

I was applied for Reliance Broadband connection 25/10/2009 . I cleared all my documents However, your people after their commitment to install the connection by 27/10/2009, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, i want to Reliance office Secunderabad i check there backend my application was not summited the given receipt no [protected], Executive used my amount for personal, Executive name Kiran [protected] office people the given me Executive boss number [protected] Ramakrishna he told that Executive taken ur amount his in outstation wen he come i will send u. till date i didn't rev that boss telling me iam send u money but his also don't pickup my call, make horrible excuses I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their come give me my amount . However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse).

I have to convert my postpaid connection into prepaid connection. I have logged for the same on friday (20.06/08) .Till date it is not converted & will take more 36 hrs. its really irritating. If you can not provide the proper service to the customer please shut down your broadband services.Reliance is also having the sever problem of server shut down.In this situation how can you say this is India's No.1 network connection.

Worst .. worst .. service ... complete waste service ... worser than 3rd grade service ...
They are fraud ... as their Speedometer on their website which shows 1.7 MBPS speed when you are getting only 200 KBPS...

Do not use their Speedometer ... use the MacAfee or some other Speedometer tools on internet and You could see the difference... showing all false data ... it should be stopped.

This is again i am sending the mail to you people and i am fedup with sending mail again and again,
this is almost 1 month now i have shifted to another place and tring to get connection on new palce,
After a lot of affort and mail i have received the mail on 16 th june saying that that connection will shifted with 7 working day's however it is almost 9 day's and still i have not got connection.

is there any one exixts who can provide me connection or i have to go for some other service provider.

some time they say your adopter is not working or your battary is not working, both is changed but set is not ok. last 15 day my set is dad, i could not do any call from my telphone set.

my payment is always on time but reliance telecom company do enqury only for payment not for my complain .

I have made a request for shift of connection as i had shifted to a new place which they accepted to do so but few days later they say there is no feasibility thouhg there is existing connection available but i have been regularly billed for the connection that is nonexistent but they persist that i should request for disconnection of my line seperatelysince that department lives in universe i am giving the details of my communication below

I had given a request on 22/04/2009 around 7.00p.m request docket no. 95508686 for connection shift of A/C NO. [protected] as I had shifted my residence from L- Block 38, Kavery Colony, Annanagar East, Chennai -600102, to M-Block 427/5, Royal Enclave, 3rd Avenue, Annanagar East, Chennai – 600102.. A week later a person from your agency called me up to inform me that it wouldn’t be possible to shift it to my new place citing the unavailability of servers in my location (to my surprise I found there are reliance connection available in the colony where I had shifted) I wonder the kind of service provided by your company to its customers. Neither my connection is shifted nor has it been disconnected. I had paid my last usage bill on 26/06/2009 by vide cheque no. 742224 drawn on Bank of India the receipt no. 55811 for Rs.441/- as i yet to receive any bills from your side for the last usage and another request given to your call center on 26/06/2009 at 7.55 p.m request docket no.[protected].

I request you to see that I don’t get any further messages and calls in my mobile threatening legal action for nonpayment of bills if this continuous I would left with no other choice other than approaching the consumer forum.

Reliance Broadband — Pooooooooooooor Service

I am a bsnl broadband user since last 8 month. I 'm facing Net Disconnect & speed problem. My broadband connection does not work properly. frequently disconnect and speed are not constant. i complaint so many times in customer care *377 & Jaipur nodal office. but not any action taken by the connection. Jaipur Office executive behavior are too bad. last time i call in Jaipur nodal office one lady executive pick my call & her behavior are too rudely.
the complete instalation is not done in starting. so please give us a complete service or just take it off.

Reliace Communication Broadban Services — for last 5 days no problem solution

This is to bring into your kind notice that I am using the services of Reliance Broadband for many years. But 4 days back I booked a complain that my connection is not working under the complain number:[protected]. After that I placed a online request also but still i am not getting any relief. Customer Care of reliance is busy all the time so i have to make call on paid number. So please get le solution for this.

Reliance Broadband — No Service or action taken on complaint from last 10 days

I have a broadband semi wireless connection from Reliance with unlimited download @750 pm plan
whic is not working since 21st of june where as the ticket raised on that day was closed without the confirmation from customer(us). So re registered the comlaint on 28thJune which is yet to be resolved.

Even after writing thrice to the [protected]@relianceada.com and calling no. of times of times to the customer care no action is yet taken on the complaint no.[protected]

Situation is such that even the customer care representatives doent have the clear picture of the update on the complaints nor their floor incharge or seniors are available on call to answer the queries.
well there is problem about the surname of person to which internet connection is named .actuall name is hemal parikh and its been named as hemal parekh.kindly rectify this problem

This is to bring to your kind notice that this connection was connected with huge hue and cry and was used for limited period of 4-5 days. To my surprise the connection was disconnected in spite of taking a Unlimited package. The reasons given by customer care is CREDIT LIMIT IS CROSSED.
After this there has been mental agony for me to get this connection back and know the account details. No one cared to respond to my query.
After 6 months I receive a Legal Notice to Pay an settle this account for Rs 6000 for a use of 4 days. After repeatedly getting calls from different people from customer care no one has a history of the talk and no one intends to resolve the issue BUT ASK FOR PAYMENT.
PLEASE STOP HARRASING ME FOR NO FAULT OF MINE. NO MORE LEGAL NOTICE TILL YOU HAVE A TRACK OF THIS ACCOUNT.
Take this as last intimation and stop sending any more mailers as your customer care has no clue of what they are talking.
I wish to have a response to this letter and close this account which is request more than 8 months back to your team.

Reliance Broadband — No broadband connection

hi,
we just moved in to our new house in Hadapsar Gadital, Pune. we were told that the building already has the infrasturcture provided by Reliance Boadband for internet connectivity. so without bothering much about all the previous bad experience with Reliance we booked for a new connection. We were informed on the first day that the connection will be setup within 10 days. After regular follow-up they came home and planted their devices in our house.. but the service did not start.. so they said its a problem with the laptop.. when we finally proved that its not, they said its a faulty cable.. its more than a week now after all the drama.. The officials still turn a deaf ear to our complaints. we even asked them to cancel the request and refund us the money.. they are not doing that as well.

my advise after this horrible experience.. Don't ever buy Reliance broadband. You surely can never "Rely" on it.

Reliance Broadband — Cheating & False Promise

hello,
...i was subscriber of reliance internet services until.
I Get The Low Speed Plane, I Also Told To the Representative who come for new connection, I required fast connection of 2 mbps speed, i have called the helpline several times ...but they use to say that its not possible to change plane that I required I am shocked ..this is clarify by the reliance agent that I cant change the plane i requested to disconnection & I not paid the further bill...and now they have send me a legal notice through an advocate to pay a bill of 3414.06 rs ... I am really disappointed with way they are torturing me ... i hope that this will work for me ...i never expected this from reliance ..they claim that they are very customer friendly, , , but they are not.. they are eating people and there money ... i wish that these mail is published so that other people can have a lesson form it ...really reliance is so bad, now I want the suggestion that what can I do….& Yes I Want To Inform U That I Study Many Web Site & I See That Ageists Of Reliance Broadband There Is More That 550 Complain IN Last 1 Year Please See in www.comsumercomplain.in & Other Related Website …
