[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Taken Rs 500 and connection not yet started

I had booked Reliance broadband Internet and the connection has not yet been started, the name of the person who had come to house with the details of the internet connection is Rakesh Tiwari and his mobile no is [protected].when i am calling him he is not picking up the phone, so i got another no., one of his head of the department his name is Yogesh and his mobile no is [protected].the Customer care which is meant for taking complaints and taking action against it, is giving me one tel no of a person called Rafi Sitapuri and his tel no is[protected].he is also not picking up the phone in his office hours, His office timing is from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.Customer care is only taking complaints but not doing any thing against it, they simply say we r just forwarding your complaint to our concerned department they will call u later, thats it and no one is giving a call back.its like 1 1/2 months to 2 months gone but still the connection has not started.Reliance has already withdrawn Rs 500 from my account for installation, money from my account with out starting the connection.Know i only want my money back, i am feed up of the service.i want my money back so please help me sir for solving my problem.
