[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband Connection — Asking Me To Pay Bill For Disconnected Service

Hi,

My reference Id. I was using reliance broadband for almost 6 months. on 01/07/2010 my connection was not working so filed a complaint, no one responded from their side and after some days, one of their exquisite came and took their instrument. On 05/06/2013 I received a call saying that, they have filed a case against us in delhi court for not paying 4000 +, I contact reliance support often to explain everything clearly, but their only reply is please pay your bill.

To prove I raised a question.

1. My complaint was not resolved.
2. Usually if we dont pay a bill for a month, it would be automatically disconnected, but they said they activated my account for 6 months.
3. We have a proof in their system, those billed days. no browser used and no MB DATA USED.

No one was there in [protected]@relianceada.com to solve my issue, only keep sending please pay the bill with no reason,

I guess, they have closed our complaint and not received any call to pay bill again. thanks to consumercomplaints, as soon as I filed a complaint reliance customer care replied, but only problem is in my thread many people post their complaint, it could be avaided.

Reliance Broadband Connection — Frequent disconnection of net connection when the prepaid balance is low.

I am facing the problem of frequent disconnection of the Broadbrand connection when my regular balance of my pre-paid connection [protected]) is low. The problem is getting solved automatically once I recharge my account. Though I am making complaint from the last 3 months, nothing was done from their side, except to ask me to make a complaint when I face the problem again.

I am unable to do any financial transactions, due to fear of getting disconnection before getting the confirmation from the merchant site.

I shall be returned the costs of Modem and recharges along with compensation for not allowing me to use the service what I have paid for. The total will be around Rs.17220/-

Broadband Connection — Billing due date

Hello,

as am user of Reliance broadband connection no[protected] my bills are generating on 11the of every month and due date will be end of the same month i.e., 30th/31.
before the due date i will be getting minimum 10 calls from reliance billing people asking for due payment.

As am giving service to other co. my payments will be happening only after 8th of every month,
so kindly make my due date 10th or 12th of subsequent month it will be convenient for me and no need to make 20 calls to remind for the due payment.

Reliance Broadband Internet — disconnect without paying bill

I[censored] people cannot do any thing at lest send a some meaningful reply. With the kind of perception now we are getting bills for 2 internet connection we are unable to understad why u go on giving bills to us we want to disconnect the broadband internet connection of the bill no [protected] immediately we have complained many times now we dont like to even give this mail we are going to change connection itself its height

Reliance Broadband — Without Usage He Is asking for payment

I was purchase a internet broadband data card of reliance from his branch office
mohan corporative ind. estate. new dlehi
when i was purchase data card after few days the conection was discountiniue.
after that i was puchase second data card of tata but after 1 month a call coming from reliance and he is asking for payment of rs. 1500. on that time i was said that why i pay without using the data card.
so this is my problem that he is asking for payment again and again

Reliance Broadband Connection — Landline not working since 3 month, problem not rectified

We had broadband connection from Reliance broadband services, since 3 month our telephone line is not working and we had informed several times customer care to rectified the problem but no one inclined and problem still persist. please look into this matter why they service is very poor.

Reliance Broadband Connection — Delay in termination request

I have registered a termination(broadband connection) complaint in reliance srevices from last ten days still the issue has'nt be resolved
Most of the reliance calls me everday but jst they talk lke rubbish & say it takes 7 days in termination but 10 days has allready passed and yet the connection has not terminated!

Reliance Broadband — Pathetic service and Overbilling

The internet is not working since Jan 2011. I am being sent bills regularly. Nodal office people are pathetic and do not respond to mails and even the appellate authority is not responding.
Mental harrasment, hell lot of money wasted on complaints.

Reliance — no action from three months

You BroadBand — PAID FOR EVERYTHING BUT SERVICE NOT PROVIDED

We have paid for broadband connection , monthly plan and Wireless router on 08 june 2011. But after collecting the check no one came next day to give the connection. We called them lot of times but still no action taken but they activated our monthly plan from 08 june 2011 without giving internet connection.
Finally after lot of struggle we got connection on 11 june but that too was not complete because they didn't provide us the wireless router. Now they are saying that modem is out of stock, but they didn't informed us this at the time of collecting payment for router. Today is 13 june 2011 and we are still waiting for wireless router and because of which only one person is able to access internet at a time.

I, jagdish devaku applied reliance broadband connection on last saturday through a executive (above is the application no.). But there is no response neither from executive nor from reliance. I called to reliance customer care thrice and the customer care executives say that they have escalated the issue to sales department and I will be getting a call asap. But I didn't get any call from them.

I paid rs. 550 (rs. 500 for the installation & rs. 50 for the DD) to the executive who visited my house on 11th june, 2011. Now the executive's mobile number is in switched off mode. Now who will help me in this regards.

Is someone there to respond from reliance?

or please give back my money I will go with different provider.

Thanks for your response. I got a call on Saturday regarding the issue and promised that by Monday they will resolve the issue. But there is no response from them after that.

reliance broadband internet services — billing issue

I, Dr. Deepak Kalra, reliance Broadband Internet user ID No.[protected], had requested for termination of connection on 31/05/2011 as my internet was not functioning since 19/05/2011. I had given multiple complaints regarding the same. Each time I called up the call-center, the technical dept. used to give us assurances that they are noting our complaint in the high priority list and that the problem will be rectified in the next 24hours, but despite so many complaints, not even for a moment could we use the internet , so finally on 31/05/2011, I requested for the termination of internet services. I have mailed 4 times requesting that my advance amount which was deposited with the company for services upto 9th September (under the 6-monthly scheme), be refunded to me at the earliest. And also, the charges for the no. of days when we did not have the access and so did not benefit from the internet connection be waivered off.
I had mailed this request well before the generation of the next bill so that as usual, I am not told that, ‘since the bill has already been generated, no adjustments can now be made’!
Kindly note that I had to say all this based on my past bitter experience with billing too!!
I expected a fairdeal and my advance payment should have been refunded to me rightfully, but have not received it as yet.
In fact, I have received bill no.[protected] dated 11/06/2011 charging me Rs 496/- for the period 11/06/2011 to 10/07/2011, and has been debited from my balance amount and now the balance with the company shown is Rs 950.37/-
I have not been told the reason for the delay of the refund of my deposit and advance amount, and also the reason why I should bear for the charges of internet services long after the services have been discontinued.

Our representative will be visiting you for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him.

just got a call from reliance saying that :
you will be billed for the instrument rent until it is collected

Reliance Broadband + — Not activate my services

Dear All,
Last 2nd jun i purchase a data card of reliance broadband + from bhopal. Same day i given my id proof and address proof. Only 2 days use this data, compay disactivate my data card region not submit proof. Then again i submited my proof to Reliance web word. But till date not activate my data card.
One month should be gone. i call again and again to customer care as well as Nodel officer.
