[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband Connection — Asking Me To Pay Bill For Disconnected Service

Hi,

My reference Id. I was using reliance broadband for almost 6 months. on 01/07/2010 my connection was not working so filed a complaint, no one responded from their side and after some days, one of their exquisite came and took their instrument. On 05/06/2013 I received a call saying that, they have filed a case against us in delhi court for not paying 4000 +, I contact reliance support often to explain everything clearly, but their only reply is please pay your bill.

To prove I raised a question.

1. My complaint was not resolved.
2. Usually if we dont pay a bill for a month, it would be automatically disconnected, but they said they activated my account for 6 months.
3. We have a proof in their system, those billed days. no browser used and no MB DATA USED.

No one was there in [protected]@relianceada.com to solve my issue, only keep sending please pay the bill with no reason,

I guess, they have closed our complaint and not received any call to pay bill again. thanks to consumercomplaints, as soon as I filed a complaint reliance customer care replied, but only problem is in my thread many people post their complaint, it could be avaided.

Reliance Broadband — Billing issues

I took the Reliance Broadband connection in the moth of May'11. After using it 3-4 days, it was disconnected. When I asked the customer care, they said that I have used more than my limit. Later I received a bill of Rs. 3934.18. Since then I have been complaining to their customer care, nodal officer and appellate authority but to no avail. Now they are threating to take lagal action.

Could you please provide some help.

you are in hands of a very pathetic service provider. I advise you to try someone else. You simply sucks. they took my money also and didnt give me a connection. and after i raised a refund request they didnt refund it

Reliance Broadband — no service provided

i have taken a new reliance broadband connection. it has been 10 days since i gave money and i have not yet got any net connection at my house. i m tired of making phone calls to vendor, executive, customer care etc etc and have got no solution till now.
i recommend all of you reading this never take any item from reliance.

Reliance Broadband — Payment made no connection provided

I booked reliance broadband connection by calling Reliance customer care,the representive they asked us to follow up is Mr.Shiva reddy Mobile no: [protected] and he had taken the Amount Rs.1075 along with my orginal electricty bill on 12th of August'2011 and given me the receipt No: [protected] and assured that I will get connection within two days but it more than 10 days and i have not no got the connection till date and no response from them
Kindly do the needful otherwise I will be forced to go to the consumer court .

Reliance Broadband — Reliance Broadband does not provide service not refund my money

This is chandrasekhar.I have applied for reliance broadband connection on 16th July2011.The Reliance Sales executive Mr.Manikantha ([protected]) has collected the application and the cheque from me and the ICICI cheque of amount 1399/- which got cleared on 3rg Aug 2011 .Till now i didn't get the connection.The sales executive did not responding my calls now.Even i called to CC 10 times every time they noted down the CAF number and they say they will escalate to the concern sales team.But never get a response from any sales team.I am frustarted now, i dont want the connection any more ,i want my money back.

Please guide me or help me to take a legal action on Reliance Broadband.I would like others to support who got cheated from Reliance to make a strong case against Reliance.

reliance net connection broadband — not got connection after paying amount

I had booked my reliance broadband connection through Reliance representive My Abhishek Mobile no: [protected] and he had taken the Amount RS 530 (500 activation charges + 30 DD charges ) and given me the receipt No: [protected] . Now relaince customer care is saying we cannot help you out . please look in to the matter and solve the concern. please find the attached receipt given to me

Reliance Broadband — Not providing connection after taking amount

i applied for reliance broadband connection 1 month ago and i was told that i will get connection within 7 days max.I gave them checque worth 1300rs as a deposit.They deducted that amount from my account but they didnt gave any connection.I talked to three people from reliance but now none of them is receiving my calls.If i call from some other no they will receive but then drop calls.
My internet connection number is 9381107***. Reliance is the worst internet service i have used ever. They promised me 3.1Mbps-data card. I have taken the connection a month before after purchasing the data card for some 2000 rs. The cheating is that the net speed is not even 100kbps.Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...I am traped. I cannot give back the data card to change to some other services, iam paying monthly 900 Rs. They are simply cheating people by promising speed. I will be changing to some other service...Man!! you cannot work with this bad internet connection...

Reliance Broadband — irrelevant bills of broadband services

sir,
I am a regular customer of reliance broadband services Customer A/c Number :[protected].Since an year i was using the reliance broadband services ,paying my bills every month without any delay.Since april 2011 i suffered lot of problems in broadband connectivity for which i gave regular complains of connectivity problems.No agent tried to solve my problems.Customer care said it was amajor problem in NCR AND RAJASTHAN. I received calls from headoffice Mumbai saying all problems woud be solved.,but all in vain ,Twice i gave a call to please disconnect my broadband services and they twice insisted me there wont be any problems in near future.Still the prolems persisted,lastly on 31/may 2011,it gave a final call to disconnect my broadbnd and telephone services.But still they took a month to disconnect and started sending irrelevant bills even after my disconnection saying it will take time to disconnect and you have to pay all bills even if your broadband was not functioning.I gave them all complain numbers and complain numbers of bill reversal,but they denied af any.Now even after returning all instruments the charged me 1500 extra for instruments which they took back after 2 months,saying your final bill of rs 2500 approx.is still pending.Nevertheless i received threatening calls from a lady customer care many times you have to pay all bills,and denied of any complaints and will face dire consequences if bills are not paid.repetedly I am getting clls from Reliance customer care.

RELIANCE /BROADBAND — ONLY BILL NO SERVICE

Dear Sir,
My self Ravindra Jilte customer of Reliance netconnect Broadband+ need you kind intervention in my case , the issue goes as mentioned below-
Sir I have being doing the followups for the poor speed and the network issue for my Reliance netconnect Broadband+ number [protected] since 30 Sep 2010 but till date reliance has not given me any resolution for the same. Every time I had to launch the complaint for poor speed/poor network and I am provided with a new complaint number and when second time I give a call to get the status of complaint I always get the surprising answer stating that the "complaint has been closed giving the resolution that on any date for the coming month the problem is going to resolve" and this has become a vicious cycle for me till date since last 1 year I have received not less than 20 different complaint numbers .
Sir I have very simple queries-
1. Why I have been kept devoid of the services - when every bill has been paid on time.
2. Why should I bare this mental torture?
3. When i am customer of broadband why services are not provided ?
4. Reliance is stating that tower is not configured in my area / There is congestion in network-- for this how come customer is responsible for the same.
5. As per the new resolution it will be resolved by 30/11/2011 ? How can One believe ?

Sir the trailing mail is self explanatory regarding my follow up and the unprofessional approach of reliance .
I seek you kind intervention as soon as possible.

Reliance Broadband — reliance connection

I am kamini.I have paid Registration charges on 21.11.11 with Executive by namekamini (MobileNo.[protected]) with an assurance of getting connection in max of 7days.Till now I have not got connection.And there is no response from the above person.I got fed up calling this person.Proper response is not there.I got fed up with the service of Reliance before getting connection.I want to cancel my Registration.Its very bad on the part of Reliance as it failed to win the confidence of customer.There may be many persons who are suffering like this.I will advice my friends not to go for Reliance any time.Service is very bad & very disgusting.The personnel of your company don’t have the minimum courtesy of calling the customer back when they say to do.Very bad.

they told me that it is because i iam using internet services but i dont have my internet service acrivated in my phone

i am a consumer of connect broadband and i have paid there bill on 1 feb which was as decided on bill.even after depositing their amount i gave them advance of Rs1000 and my services was bard for 6 days which caused problem in my office work and the company members were nt giving there answers so please look after it if company do like this it is very annoying and cause a major problem in my work..

Reliance Broadband — bills for services not used

I was using reliance broadband till may 2011. In may 2011, I moved to new location where reliance broadband was not feasible. So based on unfeasible location, services were terminated and I had made final payment by june 2011. Even I had received an email as confirmation for termination.

After june 2011, there was no bill received till march 2012. Suddenly, after 8-9 months, reliance started generating bill for my account which was terminated in june 2011. Since than I am being harassed through phone calls for payment which is for services I have not used.

After talking to customer care, I came to know that according to reliance systems, only broadband connection was terminated not the landline connection.

For 8-9 months, if I have not received any bills or any communication from reliance regarding landline, how would I come to know that still landline connection is not terminated.

Since last one month, I am trying to get help from reliance customer care. I have sent more than 10 emails but I have not received any meaningful response back other than "we will respond back shortly".

Basic questions I am trying to get answer on are:
1) based on feasibility, if broadband connection is terminated, why landline was not terminated ?
2) with the confirmation on termination of broadband connection, why it was not informed that still landline is active ?
3) why there was no bill generated for 8-9 months after june 2011 ?

Even I have tried to talk to nodal office. They are also not able to help.

Reliance Net Connection — bill

Hi,
I have taken reliance broadband connection in nov 2011.As per the plan it was three months free connection with initial payment of Rs.2523/-. In February i shifted my place and i did not want to continue the connection. Since it was only for 3 months the bill was generated for using in february . The customer care people called me and ask me to pay the bill amount of 240/- till feb 14th and i told i did not want the connection anymore. I was not able to pay the bill for quite some time and the net was not accessible. So i thought they disconnected the connection since i didn't pay the bill. After one month they started calling me again and asked to pay a bill of 1267/- . They said they did not disconnect the connection where i was not able to access the net and bill was generated to that period of feb 14th to mar 14th.I asked them to send me the data usage in that month and they never responded to that. I have got many calls about the same thing and they told i have to pay the bill even if i did not use the net. After one month they called again and asked me to pay the bill of October. I have taken the connection in November how can they ask me to pay the bill for October? Is it a joke? and they are threatening me about sending a legal notice.... either show me proofs for my usage or give me a proper bill.
