I just purchased a 250 grams pack of Reliance brand cashews from Reliance Fresh store in Navsari(December 26, 2009). I went to purchase plain (unsalted) pack of cahsews. The salted and unsalted packs of these size are NOT MARKED OR LABLED as salted or unsalted. They look EXACTLY SAME from outside. So, I picked up the pack as assuming that they are unsalted. But they were not unsalted when I opened the pack. Now, when I go back to the store for replacement, manager shows me a "fine print" just above the barcode saying "slt" and he says it means salted. Come on, please GIVE ME A BREAK. No where on the pack it is spelled out as " S A L T E D ". And "slt" does not mean anything in English. And how many people read these fine prints. The store was supposed replace the pack as a customer courtesy because they did not labeled the packs properly, both the salted and unsalted. Instead, the store manager shows me the door without replacement. How rude?
They do not understand that business does not go out of business overnight. The business goes out of business one customer at a time.
