[Resolved]  Reliance CDMA — rs 30 deducted, i didn't activate voice chat

rs 30 was deductd on[protected] from my prepaid reliace cdma mobile, I did't activated any service of voice chat.
i called to 198 for it they give me my complain no. for it and told the money will be refund it to u.
till date they give me 4 different complan no. for it but now they refused to credit 30 to me.
