[Resolved] Reliance CDMA E-Recharge — Crediting of Wrong Recharge Amount
I'm a retailer of E-Recharge to mobiles in Vijayawada. I have a complaint regarding Reliance CDMA service. They have got a very complicated 2 message process for recharging mobiles. Besides not being user friendly, they have got very faulty service. Whenever we recharge a mobile in a different network, there is a possibility of reversing the amount if its a wrong recharge.
Reliance on the other hand, they won't reverse the amount if its less than Rs.100/- . This seems to be a problem when there is a possibility of wrong recharge in a complicated recharge process. In this way we retailers are losing thousands of rupees. At least now we hope they should provide allowance to reimburse those amounts below Rs.100/-
