I would like to bring to your kind notice the irrational billing system of your management.
I Shrish Mishra using the reliance phone numbered as [protected] is using this phone since May. I would bring to your notice the following billing condition
My last recharged bill raised was of Rs.15 against which I have received Rs.12 and 60 paise on 21.09.2010.
Surprisingly, one SMS received at 01:50 pm mentioning that “your prepaid accounts balance is low.when i called the customer care then reply sorry your data not uplod call you latter. this type condition i am bearing in many time .
so if you have any legal procedure please stop this type procedure.
i am only using outgoing and incoming why dedacted amount in my account.
With such a third class Customer Care and always trying to cut the pocket of customers by dirty means I request you to kindly deactivate my services permanently and send the final bill to me with as many hidden charges as you can.
