[Resolved]  Reliance CDMA Phone — want call details

riliance/prepaid get standard card — incoming & outgoing disconnect

I brought the new prepaid connection(Reliance india mobile) from Baba communication sai road Baddi H.P . on 12/12/2007. My connection card no is rrsuk[protected] and mobile connection no is [protected] . I registered under pawan saini .
I am having trouble with service . I am not able to dial any phone no not even the Customer care service . I have tried putting phone off and restarting it . But it does not work .

I was received a call from reliance office earlier before disconnect. I had called reliance costumer care several time . But they always say the issue is not solving ststus .
I will never recommend anyone for reliance mobile.

on 27 april 2008 at 12:31 pm i have receiced a sms from 51234 that my subscription to ringtone pack is activated and after that i have found that Rs 15 has been debited form my account. i have not applied for the above ringtone pack and this ringtone pack is acctiveted without my permision. more over your system does not showing any activation of above ring tone pack and your coustomer care executive admit that this pack is not actually actived even than my account has been debited. i have registerd an complaint at coustomer care (complaint no[protected]. i am assured that my debeted amount will return back. on 1 May a sms sent to me form [protected] that no decrement found in my.account as no vas pack is actived. After that i have called customer care and ask about my debeted amount but they clearly refused to return back the amount.

I want to know that how the above ringtone pack is actived (actully not actived) with out my permision because this pack is activeted by accessing tha R world and has to follow many steps and i did not do so.

and second if this pack is not activeted then why should not my debited amount given back to me

therefore i requested to your please look into the matter and return my debited amount.
