I am in the plan of MyMblUNLTDOnnet770. relationship no- [protected]

I had intimated CC of Reliance about the loss of CDMA sim card on 19th June & asked them to deactivate, paralley i took Reliance connection.Despite of this communication, i was still charged for the entire month of June. When called CC, they said incoming is under still active mode & i have to pay for monthly rental. When i happened to lose the sim card itself, where will i have the provision to use incoming calls.Iam astonished, Neither CC informed me about this process nor about the temp & permanent deactivation, when i raised alarm. Hence, I would request Reliance team to consider my request as a special case & wave off the rental charges & terminat the no [protected]
I would appreciate if some one acts on this ASAP
