Reliance Comm — Harassment & unauthorised debit through unwanted subscription services, even though DND activated!

Dear Sir,

My mobile no:[protected] is activated for DND since long. this beggar firm called Reliance it seems is really bankrupt, thats why they keep on debiting money through caller tune subscriptions & what not. Im really tired telling them each time,

I've not activated for their service. But this one takes the cake, recently, I've been getting sms & calls from some no. like 56694141, 56694973, 56694973, 56694608, etc, day in day out, which is worse than sheer harassment.
This pathetic organisation has even debited some Rs 34/- from my bal stating, I have subsribed to some sleazy voice call service & made calls to them, which I'vnt in any case.
Its now 3 weeks, since I spoke to a named Mr. Dipak De, from their Appelate Office, who it seems like a robot on tape, who did not even have the basic courtesy to understand even what I was saying, forget assisting, he flatly refused the refund & mumbled something, like action will be taken & those messages will stop, which havnt till now. Webworld is as good as useless, I've even mailed the directors, which elicited no response. This is not surprising, since, maximum MNP is from Reliance,
Please guide me, as what action can be taken against this pathetic half bankrupt company. Can a police complaint be initiated or how to contact TRAI to request them to convert this half bankruptcy into permanent closure.
