[Resolved] Reliance Communication Broadband — irresponsible behaviour of your management team.
Sir, Ankit Khurana reside at MALVIYA NAGAR, Jaipur, Rajasthan applied a broad band connection on 20th june 2009 at your relliance communication, orbit mall, second floor, ajmer road, jaipur office.One of your executive name PREETI RAO came to my house along with new connection form and took all the legal documents, signed form and 500 Rs. cheque (PNB Malivya Nagar Branch) with her on 20th June 2009. & promised me that i 'll get connection in 4-5 Days. Now more than one month has been passed and nor she is responding to me neither she is picking my calls. When i directly connected her in her office seat than she introduced me to the ASM, named VIJAY SINGH. and he commited to gave me the connection in 2 days. but he is also on the Preeti's path. He is not responding me and not picking my calls. When ever i called him from different numbers, he picked and talks very rudely. i am also asking for Subcription ID but he is not giving it to me. I have also complained to his Seniours named- ANAND VERMA ([protected]), AKSHAT SAXENA ([protected]), DILIP[protected]. I ALSO COMPLAINED IN THE CUSTOMER CARE but they all are helpless.
Now its my last mail to you. if i will not get any response from your side than i have to reach to the CONSUMER COURT. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF REGARDING MY COMPLAINS AND HARESSMENT.
