[Resolved]  Reliance Communication (CDMA) — cheating in form of activating value added services

I didn't activate reliance shayaari pack, but it autometically activated and I recieve a sms on 20/02/2009 at 8:34am of renewal i.e Subscription for shayaari pack has been renewed and valid for 10 days.To Un Subcribe sms UNSUB SHA to 56060.
and Rs.10 cut off from my mobile a/c balance .
if I activate that service why didn't I get any shayaari sms still now(21/02/2009, 5:12pm).
its simply cheating customer for money.

are all o[censored] in this company over smart or fools
i want to deactivate all my plans like news plan and i had done many times means deactivate it
but still my balance is reducing and i will tell u one thing that these plans are not activated by me
what are u people doing

As i am the customer of reliance for last four years this time i have been cheated by your csd head mr. m u sharma and his subordinate miss megha, garima regarding my tarrif validity issue the also talk to me rudely to me and they never give any proper response to me.this my reliance number [protected].so i request you to take serious action regarding them and solve my problem as soon as possible.with regards Tarun Bhardwaj

Well i feel reliance is using such means to force such packs to its consumers.
In my case I did not suscribe to any packs but one fine day.. i receive an sms saying that my renewal for voice chat is due.I called customer care only to find i have have another Bhakti geet pack running to my account, whose suscription was due 3 days back, but in this case i did not receive any sms alert for it. In both the occasions i did not get any sms alert confirming my suscription to the packs (at the time of suscription), but i surely get an alert for renewal. Their customer support dont have any information on how the packs were suscribed all they know is the suscription date and the amount deducted.

I have serious doubt on Reliance credibility. All that i can say is suscribe for Do Not Disturb ASAP. It will benefit you from the hassels of automatic suscriptions.

But there has to be a way to take these people to task. In a Year this has been my 5th or 6th pack that automatically suscribed to my account. Just think how much they could earn by suscribing to such people who claim to not have suscribed to such packs but end up paying for it.

I just wish the Gov.India's plan to use the same number across providers work out. These providers then will stand no chance.

they started mtv without my permission also sub scribe health tip without my permission now they dont unsubscribe both so what to do
i recently recharged my mobile with 50 bucks and just sent 1 message...after 2-3 mins a message came and it said monbalance...please look into the matter where my money was gone...thanx

Reliance Communication (CDMA) — Deduction of balance by unfair means

Hi my name is Abhishek Rajan...I use a Reliance CDMA is [protected].I can’t mention what kind of mental trauma Reliance communication is giving to me.At first it started with activation of some “LOVE tips” service i called the customer care service.He told me it must have been activated by you..he was stubborn and din’t hear any thing,when i told him to transfer the call to someone senior to him,he ended the call and the argument ended without any conclusion leaving me in loss . I unsuscribed the service anyhow.But agn after few days another “Sports updates” service was activated and money was deducted from my main balance . I again unsuscribed the service.But u will be shocked to know for the 3rd consecutive time in a month..”Joke Service” was activated and money was deducted.I called the customer care..he advised me to activate DND service will happen again.It left me in shock that this is the way Reliance give value to its customers.I have been a CDMA user for last 6 years…and this is how Reliance treats its old customers.Seriously,this is a matter of grave concern..there will be thousands or lakhs of customers who will be suffering from this pain.The company do not give a damn to the hard-earned money of customers.Shame on RELIANCE.Strict actions should be taken against service providers for torturing their customers.
