Dear Sir/ Madam I Brought a CDMA Reliance sim from a mobile store in greater noida. My sim was activated after 2 days, then agin it was deactivated due to some problem in ID clearence. then I call to customer care they told me that your number is terminated and advice me to go relince communication centre in greater noida, from that time i have submitted the Id proff aroud 3-4 times. the person present in that store told me that if you brought that sim from our store then we activate the sim and they refuse us. I have talking your Customer care. We are not be successful. Accordingly my set Purchase date 22.12.09, Activation date 23.12.09 and Customer care Complain date 25.12.09., Customer care Complain No.[protected]. And forwarded Customer cares complain date 28.12.09. I hated your customer care for UP. Today are activated your scheme immediately now.

i got the post paid cdma connection no. [protected] from kurukshetra . but my no. not in use from december 2009. i say many time to reliance office that my no. may be converted in pre paid connection . but there is no response. i pay all dues till march 2010. now please convert my no.post paid to pre paid . if it is not possible then you can cancell my no.

Suddenly my number Terminated without any prior notice.. i want to used this no but it is not activate by the dealer please help me...
