[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Balance Deduction

05 oct. 2013 I recharged my prepaid no.[protected] with amount 200 and received 230 talktime. After some time my balance remained rs. 170. There is no value added service activated from my side and I have confirmed it by customer care representative and neither the deduction is from internet gprs.. I have data pack activated and I still have data left I have recent data left msg. I have Screenshot of all the msgs of data information. Itz being more then 30 hrs. Still I am not getting any help from reliance neither they telling me the deduction reason nor they filing any complaint. I would like to see your serious concern against it.seniors are also not helping me. They avoiding it by saying technical error is there call later.2 days about to pass still I am getting same feedback from them. kindly look into this matter and tell the company to refund my deducted amount. Thank youSent from Samsung Mobile

now see again today is 26/03/2011 and an internet service is activated on my number and its last date is 27 march and now i am trying to deactivate it today by sms procedure and i got reply that your request could not be processed and so now i am calling to customer care and they are advising me that sir make your balance as much low so that service will not be renew meams either i loose my balance by making calls or by renewing your internet service. balance deduction in both cases.

Hello Sir,

I am a subscriber of reliance gsm mobile operator and from past one month there has been frequent deduction in my account balance without any prior notice nor even any company messaage regarding the detail of balance deduction. I have been complaining the issue to the complaint number 198 but never got proper help or solution to the matter instead most of the time the behaviour of executives on call have been very rude and helpless.I recently called at the call centre for another deduction query and they claimed that its been charged for using some sort of java game application from R-world service ,inspite the fact I have never opened or browsed any such applications or services. The executive was very rude and constantly kept claiming that as per there system data I have been using this service and hence was charged for it. What should I do if I complaint they claim me guilty for using the service inspite the fact that I have never been involed in any of such reliance services.I request you to undertake my matter and please perform the neccesary actions to conclude a solution to such problems.

Reliance deduced my 49 rupees of balance without any reason. I recharged my number with 50 rupees on 27th march at 8pm and at that time my balance was 45 rupees. I wake at 11 in morning and i checked my balance it was -5 rupees. i called in customer care but they are saying that i requested for cricket mania pack but i didn't make or receive any call for reliance.
i know 50 rupees is not a big amount but it is not good for telecom companies to deduct customer balance without any reason.

i request you to please take a kind action towards my complain...hoping for a positive response.

I am coplanig thrice to the executive and also to the nodal officer abt my balance deduction due to automatic activation of scheme.so i want that money refund because that balance deducted without activation by me because at that time i never be in range...my cell switched off....so how it can possible...but they not understanding so now i am going to complaint to cosumer forum

i am a relaince gsm customer . my number is [protected]. i have recharge with 100 rupees .and one day swa my balance was deducted Rs.30. when i contacted Cc they are telling you have subscribed some service(wghich i do not know and how to use)fronm R world. but i have told them my number was switched off when the balance was deducted. how it is possible. but they are not listening anything they are telling you have been rightly charged as per use this service even their senior executive also. i have also write a mail to gsm customer care no reply from them. not only this yester day my brother was using reliance h has recharged rs 30 on 30.03.11 and on morning of 31.03.11 they have deducted rs. 20 and same reply from cc. thay are not listening not a mood to take the complain. i have also another number switched off from a long time and they deducted rs 10 from that. what a hell company what is going on. i have decided i will disconnect all my relaince number and also in my family also. i never give suggestion to take relaince anyone in my life. i will tell everyone to port out from relaince to anyother operator.now i will use docomo. my alternate number is [protected]. no ione is listening . i think it is the best way to port out from reliance.i have also one m.p. relaince number in roaming . so when i will go to m.p. i will port out from reliance immediately.

I am complaining thrice to customer care abt my balance deduction due to automatic activation of scheme.so i want that money refund because that balance deducted without activation. some news service is being imposed on me every month with a balance deduction of 30 rupees. i want to know if we are not intrested then how come you people activate it by your self.

Reliance Communication — wrongly charged twice

this is to bring to your notice that i was charged wrongly for my mobile(#[protected])..i have applied for mobilenet99 plan for which i have dialed *123*099# four times and also submitted my request personally to Reliance customer service executive.they confirmed me that this plan is alrerady activated on my cell from 27th dec and this i reconfirm by calling again on your customer care no.but wen my bill is generated i have been charged Rs.528/- for value added services..which i wont pay at any cost.pls look into the matter and solve the issue as soon as possible .the same has happened to me earlier as well but this time i will not bear it.Thanks

Reliance GSM Mobile Services — Deducting balance without any clue

I am using reliance GSM no is [protected] since last 2year, last 6 days(from 6 April 2011) my balance is deducting 40 rs in 4 days..i used to request often customer care regarding this problem. please disactive my any plan..even i did't activate any plan..Customer care representative assured me they have disactive my all service..some days later again my balance deduct. again i complain. thus they have deducted my 10 rs. without any clue.. i am helpless. now i am complaining agaist this.. even i will not use this no in future..any one can help me out

i hav got frustrated with da relaicne mobile network..............it unecessary deducting balance from ma number.............i lost approx Rs100 balance till today.........when ever i giv call to customer care they giv reason tat a service is been activated from ma side and they cant refund da balance...thay deactivate tat service but again after 2-3 days i lost my balance .......it is happening for last 30 days..........

it not happen only wif me but also my freind are facing dis problem .............

I just wanted to complain that I am recently using Reliance CDMA cell phone and daily I and even my sister is facing a problem. Our balance is being deducted for no reason. When we call customer care they say that we have taken some pack but this is not so. I haven't subscribed for any pack or any scheme infact I unscribed that scheme two times and I have proof for that in my phone, my sentbox contains the message that I have sent 2 days back for unsubscribing the scheme but still yesterday they subscribed that scheme and my balance was deducted. Please see to my complain and do react because I really can't afford to invest in my cell phone daily.

i got 102 rupees back before 15 days from reliance because of wrong deduction but i got back after messing alot with reliance customer care and before 15 days after returning my balance ur customer care executives said me that now this service will not renew again but now today after 15 days it renewed again at night 1 am...before deduction i have 103 rupees and after deduction 52...now this is really a big problem...now don't have words for reliance service...hope u understand.

Reliance Communications — Consistently Balance Deduction illegally without my Knowledge

I would like to draw your very kind attention and notice regarding Reliance Communication harassment against my number Reliance GSM i.e [protected] Delhi Telecom Circle. I have been using this number since its launch in Delhi. Am really fed up with Reliance Communications the way they have deducting consistently my amount since October 2010. I have registered millions of complaints to their Helpline number 198, and even posted several complaints to various consumer forum sites but it seems like Reliance Communications didn't learn from it yet. On 13.04.2011 at afternoon, when i checked my balance again i shocked to see that my 30 Rs have already been deducted from my balance without my intimation. This has been happening and happening consistently from the last 6 months or so..!! Am really fed up, frustrated, annoyed with Reliance GSM.. Without Consumer knowledge Reliance Communications have no right to Deduct Subscriber Hard Earned balance.. This has really become a common practice and habit of Reliance Communications to deduct subscriber balance.. May i know for what reason they have again deducted my 30 Rs?? Am appealing to Reliance Communications Please stop this illegal balance deductions on my number. What you guys are really wanting from me?? Please dont force me to take police action against you.. This time i post your all truth negative impressions through various Consumer forum sites. Please i want my 30 Rs back which has been deducted without any request from my side. I haven't got any Confirmation message for any service activation. I am using nubber [protected] og reliance.My balance 30 rs is deducted on 10th or 11th April .When i talked to customer care executive on 11th april then he told me that the a srevice is activated on your no. and the service is activated due to fault of company,Your balance will we refunded to you within 24 to 48 hours .But when after 24 hours i contacted again then they again said to me the same thing.
On 13th April I again contacted the customer care then they told me that your no complaint for balance refuding is forwarded and said that they are she is forwarding the balance refunding complaint.But when on 15th April i again contacted the customer care then they said that your no complaint is forwarded for balance refunding. and you will not get your balance.

You can guess from it that what type of wrong information are provided by customer care.After five days i have not got any solution of my problem.From top to end they are giving totally wrong information. IN SUCH CASE WHERE THE CUSTOMER WILL GO.
