this happened to me twice..they will not give back the money..the cust care rep will say that you sent an sms to activate such a service

Please check as i am using reliace service and i have very bed experience. Many times my balance has deduct automaticaly.

I have Do Not Disturb service activated on my mobile number.
But still my balance got deducted for Vocie Chat services on 15th April'2011.Earlier also they have deducted money for caller tunes on my moblie number. Request you to pls do the needful.The have deducted Rs.30 for Voice chat on my no [protected]. When I speak to customer care they say tht Refund amount has been sent but till date I havn't recieved any amount. I have lodged a complaint for the same having no.[protected]

My cell number is [protected].
I have Do Not Disturb(DND) service activated on my mobile number. When I called customer care on 15th April'2011 at 10 am they said there is one AltVoice Pack active for Rs.30 which is system activated. They said they will send the refund amount to my account. After this I kept on following the matter with customer care on 198 for 2 days. They kept on telling me it is sent and I will receive the refund amount. Finally out of despair on 18th April'2011 I told the 198 executive to lodge a complaint for the same. They lodged the complaint having no.[protected] saying tht the amount of Rs.30/- will be refunded to my account within 2 days. On the same day i.e. 18th April'11 at around 11:07 pm I got an SMS from 59111 saying that my request[protected] has been processed . But when I checked my account balance the amount was not refunded. Again i called the 198 executive and they said I won't be getting any refund as the service was activated from my side. This is not true as I have never requested for this service. I request you to please do the needful and look into this matter.

Hoping to get a positive reply on this matter from your side.

I have been using reliance connection for more than an year.
From the past few days, some balance gets deducted from my main account due to automatic activation of some services which your customer care executives say has been activated by me.Its happening over and over again and I am losing my money each time.
I am fed up of reliance. Kindly do the needful if customer satisfaction means anything to you.

my balance gets deducted without enrolling myself in any of the packages. this is the third time it happened. the customer care executives do disable the package but never refund the amount so deducted.
kindly provide a solution to this.

Reliance Communications — Balance Deduction without my knowledge

Hello Sir if anybody read this message from the forum please help me resolve my problem. In the last week that is after[protected] from my balance 60 Rs has been deducted saying that i have downloaded java games from R-World but on severe complain to Customer Care and the Nordal Officer No of [protected] My Problem was finally resolve on[protected]. Now when i again check my balance on[protected] my balance has been deducted by 30 Rs. Again. When i call Customer care they have told they cannot check my deduction detail as the system has been for updation and when i call on 25, 26, 27 they have continously reply the system is in updation. I have not made any call between this day except too SMS to my friends. I m not able to understand why this happenly to me again and again. Also this time when i talk to nodal officer no.[protected] they have told me we cannot resolve this problem and told to talk to Mr. Chetan Madhuri on Nos. [protected] I have call this no. more then 20 times but except ring no one has pick this phone. Hoping a Positive response this mean of communication that my balance will be reverted to me. I have also recorded all my discussion with customer care my cell no is. [protected]

on 26/4/2011 reliance has deducted my 20rs balance without any information.
i complant to reliance customer care they told some music pack has been activated on ur number. we will return u with in 2 days. but they didnt refund my balance. now they r saying we cant refund ur balance.

Every month they deduct 30 or 50 or 25 rupees from the main balance and I have to complain for the waver . This is ridiculous . Sometimes they dont even refund.

I have complained more than 100 times in the customer care but they are unable to help me.Actually they are not willing to help.Perhaps this is the best way to cheat the customer-> just activate some nonsense packs and deduct balance.

i hav got frustrated with da relaicne mobile network...it unecessary deducting balance from ma number...i lost Rs30 balance yesterday...when ever i giv call to customer care they giv reason tat a service is been activated from reliance side and they will refund da balance...thay did tat but today evening they deducted the balance again...n this time they are not refunding...

so i am really angry with relinace telecom network...so please take a serious offence against reliance

Reliance had deduct my prepaid accounts balance again. Reliance customer care service is also too poor so i can't waste my time to talk there. Any One listen my complain here?
And I want to also know that why you deduct my balance again n again without any region.

I m a user of reliance mobile smart GSM .my cell no is [protected]
my balance is reducing day by day without my knowledge, i recharged my mobile with rs 100/- 8 - 10 days before . and i rember that i just used 30-40 rs of my balance and now my sim has a 0 balace so i dont know where bal of 60-70 rs has gone.

so m requesting you to take some action and also deactivate all the calls and msg of company which comes on my number. and refund my balance
