[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance Deduction | |||
05 oct. 2013 I recharged my prepaid no.[protected] with amount 200 and received 230 talktime. After some time my balance remained rs. 170. There is no value added service activated from my side and I have confirmed it by customer care representative and neither the deduction is from internet gprs.. I have data pack activated and I still have data left I have recent data left msg. I have Screenshot of all the msgs of data information. Itz being more then 30 hrs. Still I am not getting any help from reliance neither they telling me the deduction reason nor they filing any complaint. I would like to see your serious concern against it.seniors are also not helping me. They avoiding it by saying technical error is there call later.2 days about to pass still I am getting same feedback from them. kindly look into this matter and tell the company to refund my deducted amount. Reliance GSM — deduction of balance many times
Dear Sir / madam,please note my complaint, my mobile no. is [protected]. Their are so many times i found my balance had deducted i call to customer care than he said that my sms pack has been renewed he told me to send a msg for deactivated this service which i'hv done but after that next time i found again deduction of balance in my account. when i ask to customer care then he said that your request has not been accepted. i don't know what was that & why my complaint is not registered. I've face this problem so many time on my others no. too. but last night had recharged my account with 100 rs. and activated a sms pack of 19 rs. but today in morning i found that my balance is deducted again. customer care executive told me that my 39 sms pack has been renewed. When I've already have a sms pack then why you activate another pack. this seems useless for me na. & this is not a matter just for 39 or 19 rs. but it feels that you provides just ridiculous services to your customer. it feels that you openly cheated your customer that's all. now you register my complaint and take an action on this as soon as possible other wise no one can avail you services due to inconvenience.
Reliance GSM — BALANCE DEDUCTION
I, Dr. Raghuveer Bhupathi. N, bearing RELIANCE GSM prepaid card ph no. [protected], have a complaint regarding the deduction of my prepaid balance of 39 rupees without my intimation.I was the regular user of 500 sms message offer which was expired on[protected]. I activated another sms pack i.e. 1ps sms with rupees 19 on[protected] and my balance was 0 at that time.So I recharged with Rs 50 on the same day. Later on I found my balance to be Rs 3 on[protected]. I immediately called up customer care n spoke to the customer care executive and I was informed that my sms offer of 500 sms has been renewed and so my balance was deducted without my intimation.I was really shocked to hear this as I was already active on 1 ps msg offer. This is the easy way of making money by RELIANCE by unnecessary activation of offers which was already existing and deduction of money from the customers. Earlier also faced the problem of balance deduction and I was informed that astrology alerts was activated on my mobile and another time love alerts.These are the cheap tricks of making money by the RELIANCE.
respected sir, i want to know the call detail of my reliance prepaid no. [protected] of last two months so plz arrenge the call detail of these no.as early as possible.
Reliance GSM — No response to help asked & unnecessary balance deductions
Dear Sir,I am facing a severe problem of balance deduction each & everyday of Rs. 5/-. I have called many times to the customer care services but sorry to say that your services which I had thought are the good ones are the most worst ones because you dont' even response properly to your customers. I have circulated my Reliance number to all my friends & had also suggested them for the services but now I think i was wrong, if still no action is taken i will be forced to replace your card & try some another option.
Hope my this complaint will surely help me out, as we are middle- salaried people we dont have any such bulk of amount to waste in deductions.

dear sir,mera gsm service ka ek vice chart activate ho gaya tha jiske liye mai customer care pe bat kar ke katvayl 5 bar lekin vo service 10 din me renew ho jati hai aur mera paisa kat jata hai . aur refund nahi milata.
ap ka laparvahi hi hamara asuvidha hai.

on 13/9/10 my balance was 59/-
on 15/9/10 my balance was 08/-
where the balance has gone the costumer care is not teling me.
i have not done any single call in the same duration
even i have got sms pack active
so where the amount is gone ?

it is an aouto renewal and i had the balance also

Reliance GSM — Balance Deduction n Not responding
At Sep 4th by mistake one regional value added pack is activated on my cellphone and it was by mistake, immidiately on that day only i made call to customer care to stop that service n customer care were agree to stop n they did stop as they said me.bt after one week the pack activated once again n this time it was automatically, so i made call once again to customer care n since i was calling every week to customer care to stop that service but service is yet continue n they do not responding my request..
have any option,,?

respected sir....my name is bharat kumar, i m reliance gsm service user with mobile number[protected]. sir m very harashad due to automatic activation of service and deduction of money ( the service like caller tunes, missed call alerts etc). This is not happen one time, it happen with me many times and it results to my fainacial loss..i had try to customor care but they cant satisfy me..sir plz fix my problem
Reliance Mobiles — Balance deduction
I am fed up with the services of the Reliance Mobile. Customer service people are of no good. When ever I call them there systems are always on up gradation. They deduct the balance with out reason. Seems the calls to customer services falls to deaf ears. they deduct the balance with out reason and their customer service is pathetic as there systems are always on up gradation.They activate the Msg services automatically without bringing into the knowledge of customers. Mr. Anil Ambani i[censored] get a chance to go through this take this into consideration, as you are loosing lots of customers just because of your pathetic customer care department

Reliance GSM — Reliance GSM 30 Rupees / Day deducting my balance continuously
Hi this is SP Dubey I am using Reliance GSM prepaid connection from last two years my mobile no is [protected]But from last one week company has started deduction of my balance, 30 Rupees per day with out any intimation however I have not activated any caller tune or any other value added services.
yesterday some body call me regarding this complaint but problem is still pending till now I have not got my deducted balance which is near about 270 Rupees
Now requested to you please refund my deducted amount as soon as possible. And also make sure such kind of mistake should not happen in future.

I completely agree with this, same is the problem with me, on sum ocassions they refundthe balance and the other times they make fool to the customers that we have opted the service and this is more frequent day by day.

I know that because i was reliance employee in kolhapur location my self abhijit khot and your complient is correct and company gettting activated VAS packs without intimation to customer
and actual user didnt received any perfect resolution of that
and after 48 hrs com resolution is : pack has been deactivated, balance not refund pack activated through IVR or sms hence case closed

iam from vellore iam using a reliance cdma mobile i have a balance of 80 rupees i have not using this mobile regularly i use it as an addition i keep it switched often once fro and emergency when tried to make a call from this number it showed negative balance and when asked for customercare their response was i have activated vas i dont know why this services are activated from a switched mobile without my consent that too they are talking rudely
